This is a ZERO star. After reading the other complaints, there is no doubt this company is a complete scam. Same thing happened to me. I put items (BOGO + free shipping, supposedly) in my cart, and it submitted the order for two items (not BOGO) plus shipping for a total of $63.43. As soon as I got the "confirmation email", which looked pretty sketchy, I responded and told them to cancel it, but they did not cancel it. Many more emails. They promised a partial refund, which never happened. I finally received the package with both items and nothing is as advertised. The product is complete junk, and I'm so angry that they got almost $64.00 from me.

I bought one product but you took double that and more.You sent me a email telling me a refund is coming but have not seen it.

This product and company are both garbage, I’m going to make a formal complaint as they are running a scam.
Buy one get one free plus free shipping, I was charged $9.99 for shipping!!
Product arrived and it was so white that no one could use it, the “luxury “ brush was a laugh as it was so tiny and unusable.
Emailed them 3 times and no responsibility.

My experience with one of the fake companies they run was the same as others. I put an item in my cart in order to find shipping cost, never placed the order, and received notice within 10 minutes of my "purchase" and they even doubled the purchase I never made for a total of $74. I immediately sent three emails to cancel, don't ship, and why was I doubled charged for an order I didn't authorize? Same old game, "we'll refund you one order and ship the other". No, no, no, DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING: after which, 8 hours later, they shipped it.

The refund for half what they charged and claimed they made never showed in PayPal but they kept yapping about "the bank taking awhile to process".

I then received a tube of a facial product that is sold at Walmart for $9; Temu charges $4. Junk, dried up tube of very cheap product.

Like others, I also was denied twice by PayPal protection and am in the third dispute now. I question why PayPal is continuing with these scam sellers, and approving claims in their favor at the expense of very long term PayPal customers. They are obviously scammers!

bought the mascara they advertise on Instagram and paid over $60.00 NEVER received anything!! SCAM!!!! BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I only looked at the fleece tights on the website and decided not to buy them because I noticed they were using images from Sweet Mayhem's fleece tights. They went so far as to remove the branding from the picture but the images are identical.
To my surprise I noticed a $59.15 charge for 2 pairs of stockings on my PayPal account which I did not make. I immediately reached out to the vendor to cancel and was told the order had shipped...really? I disputed the purchase with PayPal and the claim was denied. The order showed up from China. In the package there was only 1 pair of stockings. Now this is RIDICULOUS. I filed another claim with PayPal. One email said the refund was already in progress, but the claim states they are waiting for a response from the vendor. Well good luck with that. The vendor has not responded to the 3 emails I sent. What a stressful situation.
BUYER BEWARE...don't even put anything in your cart to avoid items being mysteriously ordered without your knowledge.

UPDATE 1/11/2026: Finally after filing 3 dispute cases with PayPal, the case was closed in my favor. The vendor will be refunding my $59.15. This process started on 12/27/25. I maintain that The Ninja Beauty aka Wula Store is a shady vendor. Not only did they double an order I never placed but they then sent a short order of counterfeit product.

I was charged 3 times for a foundation that I didn’t even order at all. As soon as I saw what the shipping price was I exited the browser only to find 3 charges on my bank statement. That’s almost $100 stolen and they said I could return once I received! I’m going to reach out further and see who I can find to help bc this is bull!

This place is a crock of bs. I ordered buy 2, get 1 free bras. When they deducted the amount from Paypal (also a crock of bs cuz they say they will help with disputes but don't), the order had been doubled. I immediately contacted them by email and they refused to cancel the order. Shipping it after they sent it will cost just as much as they amount they stole from me.

I received my order for the eyebrow pen, what I received was empty tubes, no product in the tube, just a dry brush. This is a scam! Stay away!

I never authorized a purchase but was charged $54.03. I contacted them immediately and they said they issued a refund. I have not received a refund and now they aren’t responding to my emails. Not impressed!!

I got the wrong mascara The one I got says MKRY It's ok but was hoping to get the one you advertise

I also was charged twice for buy one get one free under eye concealer. I received 4 of the same product when I only ordered the two and was also charged for the 4 products. I contacted the company and they did respond promptly and said they would refund my account when they received the product. We shall see. I am not optimistic but I will update my review accordingly if refund is successful.

Over charged for a buy 1 get 1 free. I had taken a photo of my confirmation showing $38.98 but when PayPay confirmation via email came is was for $ 72.08. I sent a copy to PayPal for dispute and they credited me the difference after I had emailed for 3 days with no help from ninjabeauty.

They advertised buy one get one free and then charged me for both plus added fees for some kind of protection. I cancelled the order and they refunded only a portion of the overpriced product! Went through PayPal who helped get most of my money back but not all! Do not use this site!!!

Did not authorize a purchase. Saw it wasn't buy one get one. Never gave them my information and they hacked my PayPal. Never entered any cc information. I just went to the page with the final price.Sent them and email and they deleted the email all together. Then got an email saying they will refund $43.91 when they stole $53.92 from me! Still don't have the original email they sent. I believe they recalled it.

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING WITH THIS COMPANY; I WAS OVERCHARGED. I DECIDED I DIDN'T WANT THE PURCHASE AN DID NOT FINALIZE THE SALE AND THEY OVER BILLED MY CC ANYWAY.. DO NOT PUT CREDIT CARD INFO IN UNTIL YOU SEE THE TOTAL. THEY SEEM TO BE INVOLVED WITH PAYPAL. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FAST, OVERCHARGE AND TAKE FREVER TO REFUND. READ ALL REVIEWS. NOT GOOD.

I was at their site, put a bra in my basket but in order to see shipping you must proceed with how you are to pay in order to see summary and shipping charges.
I never placed the order once i saw shipping charges and realized they were in china! They still billed my paypal account for $57.25!!!! One bra in the size I was looking at, a 5.20 charge for insurance and a second bra in a medium! The charge shows Amazon but it also shows theninjabeauty.com! They tried to get 13.99 out of my paypal balance first and it was declined! SCAMMERS!!!

I ordered 1 item costing $19.98. They billed my paypal account over $75.00. I contacted them to cancel many times with no response. PLEASE PLEASE DONT SHOP AT THIS SITE. It has yet to respond to my cancelation issue. Don't trust this site

that did the same thing to me for two I ordered for 2 that charged me $77 and it doesn't work

Be very cautious! I planned to buy 2 lip glosses for approximately $17.00 each . When it was totalled it came to $. 74.00 ...I did not press the confirmed button and got right out. Half our later pay pal said I had been charged 74.00 . I immediately contacted ninja beauty. Hoping to get the refund straight away. I also noticed that they had charged me for an extra gloss.
Unsurprisingly they did not answer for days until they had shipped the order out.. I returned the order as soon as it was received. But had to get PayPal to intervene as they would not respond to me. . On 23 of December I got my money back ..
