I never received my order yet. ?? It’s been over a month???

I ordered 3 of the Metzi bracelets. I received them in one week as promised by the company. The bracelets are stunning and beautiful and I have received numerous compliments when I wear them. They are truly beautiful! I also would like to commend Luke, one of the owners or the Metzi company. He is a true professional… attentive and considerate! He promptly answered all of my emails when I had questions about the bracelets and shipping etc. He also set aside the 3 bracelets I wanted and sent them when I asked him to do so as I was out of the country and wanted to be home to receive them. A terrific guy and a terrific company with BEAUTIFUL bracelets. I’d give them 6 stars if I could! -Jeffrey A

I’m very happy with everything that I purchased from Metzi.

Have been looking at the Metzi collection for so long and finally got around to ordering. So glad I did, my chain is amazing. The black on black finish is better than I could have imagined and I am so pleased with it. I am already scoping out what to get next!!

Loved the look and purchased the black CZ bracelet which arrived quickly. However, I ordered the wrong size and returned for a smaller size which was dispatched as soon as my return was received, customer service was amazing.
I have the replacement and am loving it. The quality is excellent and the bracelet looks simply understated but stands out. I love the black look so much I have ordered my second piece, the plain 4mm to layer. Catch wait for this to arrive.
If you are looking for something a little different, I’d recommend Metzi as a new alternative for men’s jewellery.

The glacier bracelet looks and feels great. I have 2 and wear them doubled up. It’s a shame there isn’t a glacier chain.

Looks great and is a quality piece. My only complaint is that a stone fell out.

Love the jewellery, but the after service is great. I damaged my necklace and they were so responsive to my communications and with fixing it, which was no charge, that I have decided to buy all my black jewellery here 😂

The delivery took much longer than expected and there were a few stressful moments along the way, but I’m grateful that everything was eventually sorted out and the bracelet arrived safely.

Loved it. Had it for about two weeks when it fell off my wrist and I cannot find it. Happened one time before, but found it. Seriously disappointed, as it was well made and attractive.

I got the tennis necklace and it gets snagged on everything love how it looks though

Trying to get more into my style and was looking for amazing quality rings, earrings, bracelets for not too killer of the price….and boy oh boy these guys didn’t disappoint! The quality of the items I purchase seemed too good to be true for the price, shipping wasn’t too long to wait for, and packaging was done so carefully, and meticulously that it felt like Christmas unwrapping everything (Thank you Rachel!) Will definitely be buying from these guys for a long time.

I love my ember tennis bracelet its absolutely awesome and stunning. the only problem is its hard to put on yourself, lol. Other than that is an absolute gem of craftmanship. Great Job! :) You have a customer for life. I def will be purchasing more jewely from you guys in the future! :) Cheers!

Been meaning to do this review for a while, but I’m not used to writing good ones so took me longer.

Ordered on Instagram after seeing lots of adverts, eventually caved as I love black jewellery. Delivery was relatively timely (don’t be spoiled by Amazon people, a week isn’t that long).
I expected the necklace chain and pendant to fade as I wear it all day every day. As a firefighter, it’s exposed to a lot of sweat from work and exercise. I keep it on in the shower. It’s also been on holidays, in the sea, swimming pools and in 40 degree sun shine through this ridiculous English summer.

It has not faded at all on the chain or the pendant, which has pleasantly surprised me.

There is some slight wear around clasp, having had it since May, I think this is pretty acceptable wear given that the main necklace is so solid still.
Will be ordering from them again for sure.
