This business is not professional
Bought items since December and never received. I’ve been asking for a refund since then but nothing. They started to charge subscription even though i asked them to cancel, useless content, and they confirm cancellation but they still charge my account

Even though there was a problem with my subscription and i was automatically charged, the company solved the problem and refund me the hole amount in 10 minutes when i contact them via email. I have never seen before such an imidiate response. Thank you for that.
