Je tiens sincèrement à remercier…

Je tiens sincèrement à remercier l’équipe derrière cette application ! Nous avions rencontré un problème au niveau de l’abonnement et de la transaction pour cet abonnement, il s’avère que j’ai été victime de fraude et qu’un appareil inconnu ai réussit à se connecter sur mon compte PayPal pour souscrire un abonnement chez MaxBeauty via mon propre compte et mes coordonnées bancaires. Je les ai alors contacté en urgence pour leur demander d’annuler cette souscription et transaction qui ne venaient pas de moi mais pourtant qui venaient belle et bien de mon compte. On a pu échanger et ils ont été d’une honnêteté rare de nos jours, ils m’ont fait un remboursement et retiré l’abonnement en comprenant la situation.
Merci infiniment à toute l’équipe pour votre gentillesse et honnêteté !

The feedback form appears only after completing the first few modules, but it is completely optional. You can skip it using the arrows at the bottom of the screen or simply return to the main menu and continue studying any module of your choice.

Providing feedback is never required to access or continue learning, and it does not affect course progress in any way.

Unauthorized charges on card and no trace of email subscription

My husband and I have never heard of this company. Yet his credit card (which I use only to purchase our groceries) was charged monthly fees since December 2025.!(4 times now). He's not into beauty, and I don't even wear makeup and feel its a waste of my time and money on such things. We can't find any email records of a subscription, which makes sense because both of us are not interested. We don't know how they got a hold of the card info but we blocked them ad will ask for a refund immediately. I believe this is a SCAM.

Be upfront and transparent about your costs

I find it very frustrating and misleading when companies promise something e.g a skincare routine on their YouTube Ads that would work
For your skin and tailored skin care products . You spend a very long time filling the various questionnaires only to receive nothing at the end - just a subscription plan! !!! Be upfront about your subscription plan instead of getting people to onboard and spend time for a free assessment as opposed to something they didn’t sign up
For. It would be better for you too as for me the trust is not there anymore and don’t want to try your service.

This service is very frustrating

This service is very frustrating. They do not warn you when the trial period is about to end, so the charge happens without any reminder. It is also impossible to cancel the subscription in the app, you have to write to support and wait for a response. The problem is that they usually reply only after the payment has already gone through. After that, they continue sending extremely long messages, trying to push their services again. This feels very manipulative and inconvenient for users.

I´m really happy with the app

I´m really happy with the app, i can see lots of improvement in my face, after having using the fascia program for two months. I also had an issue trying to login from my computer and they so kindly and super fast supported me and fixed the issue.
