Very poor service. They arrived and removed my car about 5.5 hours after their estimated time of arrival.
They were asked by BMW to take my vehicle to BMW Ashford. They informed me that they would take it to thei depot in Queenborough but took it to BMW Maidstone. They did however take the vehicle to Ashford first thing the next morning.

Turned up at exact time as stated and couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful

Great customer service. Arrived little earlier than the planned 2 hours. Was only flat battery 10 mins all sorted

Amazing very efficient worth using if ever stuck from an accident

We had a lovely gentleman come out to us, (booked through Greenflag). He arrived at the expected time, put us at our ease and was really friendly and cheerful. He offered good advice too! He drove us from Leeds to Donnington. I wish I had caught his name. (Thank you once again, you were fab!).

The phone was answered quickly and details taken. I was given two options - fix the car or recovery to my destination. The mechanic came within the time the operator predicted and diagnosed the problem within minutes then went on to fix it. After being with AA and RAC over many years but suffering poor service I changed breakdown provider :). 5 stars from me

Great people at the head office and the friendly driver he kept me updated about the pickup of the car and he picked up my car from the different location and he even called me to confirm about it i would recommend it to anyone thanks

The driver was very efficient and polite. He was great with my grandson explaining the process of loading as Lennox was extremely interested!

I would give 0 star if I could. Mansfield group handling my car delivery from a repair centre. They have rescheduled my car delivery 3 times now. Each time I’ve had to call up to ask an update on when it’s being delivered. The communication by them is so poor and low.

They kept me informed of the pick up, were polite and let me know when the car had been delivered.
All done at short notice, very efficient, thanks

Mechanic arrived earlier than expected , soon worked the problem out and checked the state of the battery.Polite and friendly.

I had broken down late at night and I was very worried. Luckily, William arrived in a reasonable time. He was a very polite young man and he answered all of my questions. He checked everything thoroughly and fixed the problem. Thank you very much!
