Lovely yarn
Lovely yarn, the colours in the ball are working up beautifully.
The only thing I would say is that as the ball is actually a roll, the ball does tend to fall apart towards the end but it's nothing that a wool winder didn't fix.
I'll definitely order more!

Normally you give very good service Order given on 21/7 goods received 24/7 so far VG but i have not received invoice!!!!! Sent email 25/7 and tried to phone three time this morning. A contact with Heather was very helpful and problem now efficiently sorted. Thank you, Heather.

I can see the original email was sent on a Saturday, and we replied as soon as we returned to work on Monday.
I spoke to you yesterday, and we discussed that you have had an issue with receiving emails from us as we have communicated over the phone for a number of years regarding this, and I always offer to resend to an alternative email address.
I can see you receive/read and acknowledged my email before leaving this review and you confirmed that the issue was resolved.

Delivery is always when stated
Delivery is always when stated, excellent quality wool, excellent service, nothing is a problem for the company, you have a problem they sort it,I always recommend the Knitting Network to all my friends and anyone who asks where I get my wool from. I have never had a problem with the products at all.

Good service as usual
I have used this supplier on many occasions and would thoroughly recommend them to any crafter. There is a good choice of quality yarn at reasonable prices, especially when on 'special', the web site is easy to negotiate and the service and delivery are excellent.

Really disappointed with my order
Really disappointed with my order. Every ball of the yarn I ordered has more than one messy join!
It’s ruined the blanket I’m trying to make. I’m going to have order new yarn from somewhere else.

1st order and very impressed
This was my 1st order and it was delivered well packed a quickly. Wool is nice quality too. I’m a beginner really at crochet so not sure I can follow the pattern just yet, but with plenty of time on my hands I can give it a good try.
