Since Glyn at Greenthumb has been treating our lawns (front & back) we have seen a vast improvement, no weeds/moss etc and in the summer the grass looks a very healthy green.
Glyn is also very knowledgeable and advises us on what setting to cut the grass on etc.
All in all we are very happy with the service we receive from Greenthumb and would highly recommend.

We have been using Greenthumb (James Reigate/Epsom) for many years with no complaints. They always do a great job and turn up for every appointment and our lawn looks great :)

I have been a customer of Greenthumb for many years and generally been happy. However, prices have gone up ridiculously. Furthermore, they offered a clean/weed service and only completed half of it before aborting it due to my complaint. The Operative admitted there had been many complaints about this service and they were no longer going to advertise it (I'm not surprised).

I have had to send emails back and forth for numerous issues, no shows for treatment (when I've waited in, cancelled appointments) so I have made the decision to cancel my contract. Lo and behold, they are now asking for payment of a service (only half completed) from 7 months ago!

After my complaint, they arranged to come out and inspect and have a discussion with me, however they came when I was at work and had no access to the rear garden, so simply peered over my privet hedge from my neighbours garden and deemed this acceptable to investigate my complaint! Quite incredulous!! No further outcome or correspendence was sent until now, demanding payment for it! It is absolutely downright unprofessional. Even their Operatives don't speak highly of them and they are their employees!

A very poor service from greenthumb and even when cancelling appointments due to weather they still show up, do nothing and demand money.

They have been treating my lawn for a year and have missed treatments by months. No actual improvement to the lawn and in some cases seems to be worse.

The treatment plan they prescribed is nothing more than the pellets I can buy in any shop for a fraction of the price.

What a friendly and very helpful young man who visited us today to carry out our winter Green Thumb treatment program to keep the moss growth down during the winter months, it was enjoyable to get an understanding of the treatment applied today: thank you:

Green thumb always tell me when they are coming and they keep their word. I am very happy with the work they do. Steve Shaw always does our lawn and is very professional and honest.

A good team of two that arrived on time. They appeared to be knowledgable and able as well as friendly and polite. My only complaint would be that the cost was more than I expected which I imagine was down to the salesman who should maybe have returned to complete my order and clarify what would be included.

Green thumb lawn care have destroyed my lawn. Their contract is for four applications. After their fourth application my lawn is ruined and they are demanding an exorbitant amount of money to repair it citing an issue which their operatives have examined and informed me is non existent. Good way to extract money without taking the responsibility for the damage caused by them. Beware of this service!

Kyle, from the Shropshire branch, has been our regular agent for a while. He’s always very clear about the treatments on each visit. He has a very friendly manner and works very efficiently. He always reminds me to keep our dog off the grass for three hours - very caring.

Had visit today from Kyle based at Market Drayton. Very polite and informative about what the days treatment involved and after care pointers.
I find the company very easy to deal with and would recommend them

The technician Mike is knowledgeable, does great work , offers good advice and is a great ambassador for the Pert £Fife based Green Thumb.
Dealing with the company is good and they are responsive to change requirements.
They are getting expensive but with a highly skilled technician such as Mike it is worth it . The results have been good despite a difficult growing year,

The regular treatment applied to our lawns has produced year long, good green, weed free grass. The work carried out by Tony has been effective and professionally done, using environmentally kind materials.

Poor service. Damaged my washing line base beyond repair and had to replace it. Provided aeration and scarification when garden was saturated not in my presence and without my consent despite them repeatedly cancelling due to the same conditions. Tried to recover for the services and debt recover despite my paying in instalments. Disgusting attitude. The garden looks worse than when I started. Utterly useless. Dont believe any good reviews.
