In our busy day-to-day lives, more people are finding it difficult to take time off to see their GP or have to wait on average up to 10 working days to see a GP. We at The GP service provide an Online Doctor service to help diagnose and treat common conditions using our on-line consultation platform. Our aim is to provide a safe, discreet and easy journey for patients who are looking for private medical treatment at their convenience and at a cost that people can afford. Our system allows patients to consult with qualified Doctors with a consultation via online assessment questionnaires or through secure video chat. They can then choose to collect their treatment from any Pharmacy registered with our service. The service also allows Doctors at their sole discretion to provide prescriptions where appropriate as well as referral letters and fit notes. The video call was quick and efficient.I was told that I would receive a prescription.The prescription never arrived.I have called back twice and been told the chemist has my prescription,The chemist said they have received nothing.I managed to see my GP thankfully.

Awful Service
Awful service. My GP was 45 minutes late for my appointment, then was on his phone for half of it. When I did eventually have a medicine prescribed to me, I have been unable to collect it from 3/3 pharmacists. When I contacted customer support, they responded quickly and told me they would call my nominated pharmacist; which they never did and I still can't obtain the medication I paid for.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, completed everything at 8am and payment was taken. Then I was informed at 12.30 it hadn’t worked and I needed to use chrome and make payment, I did this (and had to pay again) and the portal just keeps flagging an error message and taking me back to the front screen. I’ve filled it all in 4 or 5 times now and been emailing customer service and no one will help me. Very stressful when you’re already feeling terrible and can’t understand why they’re happy to keep taking payments but no one will assist me :(
Edit: the reply below is factually incorrect - I have my bank statement (which I’ve sent to them) which clearly shows payment has been deducted twice.

Quick, Easy, and Helpful Cannabis Treatment
Treat It made it quick and easy to apply for, and receive cannabis treatment - I would highly recommend if you think that cannabis could work as a treatment for you. They have a referral scheme if you wish to refer friends and family too. Their replies over WhatsApp are usually very quick and helpful.
Follow up could be better
Only thing that let the experience down was the follow-up after the appointments

Convenient, efficient + professional and only a couple of hours wai for an online consultation (as opposed to 4 weeks on National Heath!)

I only had to wait a couple of hours to have an online consultation with a GP (as opposed to 4 weeks at my local NHS surgery!)
The consultation was conducted very professionally and I collected my prescription within a couple of hours of my consultation at my nominated pharmacy.
What a breath of fresh air!!

The doctor explained the medication and how to use the vape and cartridges. Very friendly and helpful service. Looking forward to seeing how it will help my chronic pain

Overall they are great when it comes to medical cannabis, lots of choice and friendly staff from treat it clinic, however the waiting periods between paying for a repeat , getting it authorised by a specialist and waiting for that prescription to arrive at the pharmacy, for them to say the flower isn't in stock and then wait another day or two for delivery is far too long , it's between 7-10 days wait for the patient , if that was rectified then it would be 5 stars on the review.

Quick initial appointment but the process slowed after that. Not much communication on progress or any issues I needed to resolve and hard to get in contact. But eventually, it was all approved and the prescribing doctor was very kind and empathetic.

Very helpful doctor and good IT support when I had problems with camera on computer. Consultation the same day saved my holiday (as could obtain replacement medication rather than travelling 16 hours round trip home to get forgotten medicine).
