I came across this service while looking for order of service booklets for a family members funeral. I rang to confirm I could pick it up myself and was spoken to and assisted by Richard. Charming, knowledge and reassuring and this was in the context of a long bank holiday weekend not seeming to disrupt my particular order. When I went to collect - I was greeted and the service cards were as good as I could’ve asked for. Quality materials, good colours and exactly how I designed it online. This has been fantastic experience in what has been a tough time.

The website was straightforward and easy to use, fast, professional and efficient service, fast delivery, overall very happy with the service and the results.

Beautiful Order of Sevice booklets made and delivered promptly for my Nan's funeral.
I found the website difficult to use from my phone. Had to keep flitting between my phone and laptop to adjust fonts and page layout. It is easier to use my phone for copying and pasting song lyrics etc but on order to change fonts for certain things and adjust the layout of the wording I had to go back to my cart via the laptop.
Also; there is a glitch with the website which shows you can make a 4 page booklet (back and front) for £45. I placed my order and had an email from them to say I had to pay a further £20 as it was considered an 8 page booklet - before they would send them out.
I must admit I found the postage a little steep at £10 when my order of 30 booklets came to £75 all in.
My experience was overall pleasant as the product that arrived was superb but the process and price would put me off recommending them to others.

Funeral Stationery Bluwave were excellent! A great choice of templates & a fairly straightforward system to use. I had a problem with uploading all my pages, a quick phone call to Richard & he handled it all from his end. He even corrected some spelling mistakes! Double checked that I was totally happy with the layout before pressing the Print button! Speedy delivery service & the final Order of Service was fabulous!

Service was great, very helpful when called and asked questions and order arrived on time.
