The flowers that were delivered by…
The flowers that were delivered by courier were not 100% fresh. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has occurred. Suggest that couriers use cold chain system to deliver.

A beautiful arrangement delivered on time
The flowers were loved by the recipient. From the photo sent, the arrangement looked beautiful. One or two roses looked a bit withered but that may have been the angle of the photo taken.

DPD delivered to wrong address. They simply dropped the package and ran with zero effort made to ensure they were at the correct address.
