I had a wonderful experience with this flower shop. From the moment I contacted them to place my order, they were incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. I had many questions because I was preparing flowers for my daughter’s graduation ceremony, and the arrangements had to be delivered directly to the hotel instead of to me. I was also unsure whether the flowers would stay fresh for the early start the next morning.

Despite all these concerns, they handled everything beautifully. Whenever I had a question, they responded quickly and helped me solve every issue without any hesitation. The flowers themselves were stunning—fresh, vibrant, and arranged with great care. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the quality. Among all the florists I’ve tried, their flowers were definitely the most beautiful.

I highly recommend this flower shop. Their service, professionalism, and quality truly stand out.

We received four white roses and two white hydrangea blooms in a nice box arrangement but they went gray and wrinkly within two days. Very disappointed.

Dreadful the flower colours were mismatched! Flowers should bring joy - these just brought dissatisfaction!

I fiori e il cestino anche più belli della foto presente sul sito, massima cura anche nel biglietto. Inoltre prima della consegna hanno scritto per avere ulteriori delucidazioni circa il mio ordine , consiglio assolutamente, ottima esperienza, paola

Very disappointing service, received flowers that were not fresh and looked like they’ve been in a box for days. My partner was very disappointed as he spent €70 on it. The roses were wilted and squished and the lily’s were dead.

My son in Australia sent me flowers for my 60th Birthday. They arrived in a box, in tatters. Flowers were old, roses fell off from the stem and it was really just a bunch of leaves which fell all over the floor . So disappointing considering the expense. Would never order from this company.

Bloody disgrace . Miserable

If I could leave 0 stars i would.
V poor customer service...even from the manager.
I ordered twice ...mistakes in both orders.
Flowers direct blamed courier service and wouldn't commit to any guarantee with future orders.
To close my complaint they refunded 20 euro to my credit card without my consent...the whole thing was so disrespectful.
Thumbs down from me...save yourself a headache and avoid.
