Gary Romano was absolutely amazing tonight! I have had the worst experience with American Airlines tonight and when talking with Gary, he really made my night. He went over and beyond my expectations. I have been on the phone for over an hour trying to figure this mess out and Gary was so patient, and the results were beyond my expectations.
