The Fast 800 Omdömen 

I have completed The Fast 800 12 week program and lost around 10 kilos in 12 weeks, about 1 year ago. I felt energised and healthier. There is a wealth of information on the online help and I really appreciated this. It does take discipline and being organised to have your menus available so you keep on track. I really enjoyed the recipes and ideas from other members.

First one is absolutley vile it was so bitty i shook it n shook it n shook it still the same waste of money and only 5 scoops out the packet waste of money !!!

I lost the weight consistently each week which was very motivating. The recipes were very tasty & pretty satisfying. However I felt I should have been able to save the recipes to my phonec& I wasn't able to do so.I do think it was overall a very good programme because of the speed at which I lost the weight. This made it easier to stick with.
Perhaps a more specific follow up programme where calories could be increased (a lot!) but still be designed to maintain weight loss through further specific tasty recipes would be very useful. I definitely would have joined such a programme.

Actually nothing went wrong, but I ordered the Vanilla meal replacement shake and it’s absolutely gross. Like drinking macerated cardboard 😖 I only ordered it because my usual Scott Harrison The Six Pack vanilla caramel heaven was out of stock, but I wish I hadn’t bothered as I’ll b throwing this away. Awful.

Great flavours and makes those days busy days just a little easier with a convenient shake that you know has all the good things in it and the bad things out.

I had a problem receiving information about my Fast 800 Shakes order due to me making an error in my email address.
Fast 800 staff worked with me patiently to correct the error. All is working perfectly now.

I ordered three packs of their short dated stock, but due to their error (not enough stock available, yet orders were still allowed to go through), my order was cancelled. In good faith, they could have offered a bag or at least a sample for my wasted time.

The app is great for the content too, and really helped me becoming healthier (sometimes I can’t recognise myself, not able to eat a whole bar of chocolate in one bite anymore…)

Completed initial 12 week program. Easy to follow program. Sensible eating plan. Loved the recipes and the exercise program. Able to change meal plan to suit what I like, and to fit into family meals. Well worth the money. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the protein shakes and the bars. They are great for days when you feel protein light or as a good meal substitute.

I signed up for the free trial to see if program was for me. It wasn’t and I cancelled through the free trial period. Despite this they continue to charge me and refuse refund. So far billed me $100 for absolutely nothing. They offered to restart my program on complaint. I refused as the program was not what I expected and was not for me. Very poor and misleading information

I'm 52, in perimenopause and my weight was constantly going up. I was eating healthily and exercising but not following a strict calorie diet just eating the Mediterranean diet. I have used the fast 800 books before and lost 2 stone but I have to say the app is fab. It's my little bible that I have stuck with for 9 weeks so far. I was 75.6 kg and I am now 68.3kg, my goal is 64kg so nearly there. The food is delicious but you need to plan and prep for yourself. I have had days where I had a treat or a night out with friends and I didn't feel guilty about it as the programme tells you and I just got back on track the day after. If you have the motivation to stick to it you will lose those stubborn pounds. It's the only go to for me now. I have tried so many apps and wasted so much money on programmes that promised miracles. It comes down to calorie deficit whilst eating good nutritious meal and regular exercise. The fast 800 plans all the hard work for you. Love it!

I have struggled with weight management my whole life but I am finding this approach very easy and the support from the online team exceptional. It is a comprehensive approach, providing recipes, exercise, psychological guidance and mindfulness - and an online network that allows you to engage with others should you choose to do so. I am 3 months in and feel more energy and have more clarity than I have in years.

At 61, I have tried many many ways to lose the weight which has crept on since becoming a mum 30 years ago and having 4 children in 6 years. Though life was and is still amazing as their mum, I struggled with "me time" and as an emotional eater the weight slowly crept on. I have lost and put on more each time so a typical yoyo dieter. I have followed Mike Mosely for many uears and succeeded on the 5:2 and the 16:8 but though I eat a really healthy diet (mainly Mediterranean) my portion control has always been way off. The fast 800 has been something I've avoided for years as I really thought I would struggle and fail miserably. Well I joined online on 11 May 2026 and in 4 weeks I have lost 14lb and 5" from my waist. The meals are super tasty with plenty of choice allowing me to keep to the Mediterranean way of eating. The portions are smaller but due to the level of protein and fibre in each meal, I am shocked at how full I feel after each meal. I hate counting calories so have never stuck to a calorie controĺed plan in the past but this is all planned out for me from the weekly meal planner, to the recipes and the shopping list. I batch cook a few times a week due to working hours so I always have something tasty on hand. This is hands down the best plan I have been on and for £29.99 pm for 3 months then to have a maintenance plan to fall back on for just £12.00pm it is such a bargain. The app can be as intricate as you want it to be but the support from the team and the forums within the app is brilliant. The exercise videos are fantastic and have spurred me on to actually use my gym 3 times a week for strength training. All in all I can't recommend it enough. Thank you all the team. I wish Mr Mosely was still around for me to thank personally but I will send my thanks up to him silently in a prayer🙏 RIP.

I ordered the salted caramel shake and quite frankly it doesn’t taste remotely like caramel never mind salted caramel. Frankly it’s revolting!

I purchased the vegan protein shakes because I am allergic to cow dairy and beef. They are an excellent way to boost your protein intake with very few calories. I just wish they did more flavours. A nice mint chocolate and strawberry would be good.
