The Fast 800 Omdömen 

The Fast 800 is brilliant- great content and recipes and even though I no longer need to lose weight I continue with my membership as I like the articles etc. that they post on the website.
I’ve recently purchased their protein bars and they are delicious especially the coffee ones.
As long as the family of Dr Michael Mosley continue with his great work I will always trust and support them.

The apple and coffee shake taste delicious .

I have been unable to log into my account for over a week now. Ive sent numerous emails and online enquiries and have heard absolutely nothing.
Worst customer experience I've encountered.

The Fast 800 program is a complete follow up of meals to suit a persons lifestyle, with recipes as well as helpful articles on nutrition combined with emotional wellbeing and great exercise plans to follow. Weekly contact keeps my personal journey on track. I have slipped up a couple of times but thanks to the support from the team I have persevered with the program and have had good results.

F800 Fibre Blend: We are super happy with this product. We love both flavours, green Apple and pineapple, and generally alternate packets fortnightly. Both my husband and I drink it daily without fail.
We have both noticed a difference in our health.
- For me, more energy and way less indigestion and wind, and less bloating.
- For my husband, who suffered from chronic acid issues, this has been a game changer for him, his acid is under control, Gas under control, and just feeling better all-round. I highly recommend this product.

I ordered the banana and the coffee flavoured shakes to use as an occasional quick meal replacement on busy days, I can see lots of people think they are good and so this may be a personal taste thing, but I find them incredibly gritty in texture and also lacking in flavour. I used a proper shaker with a metal mixing ball and spent time really making sure it's well mixed. but the texture is still pretty unpleasant, especially if made just with water as recommended on the packet. It's slightly better made with milk but that kind of defeats the object of the product. I can't fault the website or ordering/delivery process but won't be ordering any more of the shakes.

I’m a busy working mum of two young children. I put on 20 kg after having my first child 5 years ago during the COVID pandemic. I was suggested the fast 800 diet by a family friend who lent me the book. I followed it and lost 16 kg and kept it off. I was still overweight and had my second child last year. I luckily hadn’t gained much weight this time but I was confident I would try the fast 800 again and try get into the healthy BMI category. I was reading about it and stumbled across the app which is a stroke of genius! I decided to invest in the app, follow it strictly. Now I’m 10 weeks in, lost over 12 kg and below my target weight in a healthy BMI category which was a 10 year dream! This is the lightest I have been in a decade and it feels so good! The burst of energy, sleep quality, self confidence is what came as a surprise to me. My relationship with food and the way I think about it has completely changed too thanks to the holistic app. I’m going on holiday and know I will gain a few kilos but am not worried as I know what to do to get back into shape now :)

Dr Moseley might not be here but he continues to change lives for better. A huge thank you to him and his team who make dreams like this possible in healthy ways!

I’m on week 8 of the 12 week online program- it has exceeded my expectations. Not only am I losing weight but I’m also on top of cravings and have pretty much kicked sugar. I haven’t found it hard at all. The recipes are delicious and easy. The exercises are quick and interesting. And the education is excellent - explaining why the intermittent fasting is good, why time restrictions on eating are good, why eating certain foods together is healthier. I’m not following it slavishly - the program allows for eating out.
Cant recommend it highly enough.

The range of products is good. Easy to order and speedy delivery. The shakes are filling and a good way to help with my weight loss. They provide a balance of vitamins, minerals and fibre to give a healthy addition to diet.

I have placed three orders with The Fast 800; each arrived two days after ordering. For example, my second order was made at 16:57 on 29/03/26 and delivered by 11am on 31/03/26. How great is that?

I also really like the fact that all of my orders have been delivered by Royal Mail as my postman always delivers within a 1 hour slot, whereas I have often waited in for a whole afternoon, and sometimes a day, for other delivery companies. And, if I can’t be in to receive delivery, I know my parcel won’t get left on my doorstep as has happened with other service providers.

Most of the products I have ordered have been protein-based, although I did also try the Cloudy Apple Fibre drink, which is delicious. When my first order arrived, I sampled the banana shake, following the instructions to mix 50g of powder with 300–400ml of water. Sadly, it wasn't quite to my liking. So now I blend the powder with milk instead of water and add Greek yoghurt, fresh or frozen fruit, and occasionally oats that have soaked overnight, turning it into a delicious and nutritious meal. My husband enjoys the protein bars—we have only tried the Peanut Caramel and Dark Chocolate Raspberry bars so far— so would recommend them also.

I would also commend the service I received from The Fast 800’s Customer Service Team. I emailed that team about something and the response was almost immediate. And not only was it well written and friendly, it showed a true commitment to providing the best possible service to me as a customer, something that was backed up with appropriate action.

I often make my own shakes using the Fast 800 recipe books but sometimes when I don’t have the time I have a quick protein bar which does the job. Up to now I’ve tried the Chocolate & Raspberry and Peanut & Caramel. Both are quite nice but I prefer the raspberry but I shall be trying the others soon!

Quick delivery and friendly emails from this company. I was only looking for some good quality fibre so can only attest to the cloudy apple fibre powder which is pleasant tasting and, I think is doing my digestion good. The reason I haven’t given 5 stars, is that it is on the expensive side.

The shakes are delicious and easy to prepare. I love the convenience when I have a busy day.
I no longer crave sweet food or snacks as the shakes meet my requirements.

I've been a member for over two years, and it has genuinely transformed my body, mind, and overall wellbeing. I lost the weight I wanted to lose, my husband and I absolutely loved the food, and I became fitter, stronger, and more active than I'd ever been.

A very well structured, supportive course. I love the recipes and the flexibility to swop them around. I genuinely have not been hungry at all and I have lost kilos already!
I am 64 and still experiencing menopause including weight gain. I have never ever been on a diet or joined a group like slimmers world but I have been so impressed by this scheme. It’s also good to include exercise. Love it!!

I have been including the Fast800 protein bars, drink, fibre and sleep for 8 months now as part of my ongoing health journey. I am at the stage where maintenance is my goal rather than more weight loss. This programme has transformed me both physically as well as mentally.
