Really not very nice. I am using the fast 800 shakes and they are really unpleasant. Gritty texture. Weak and bland taste. Can not wait until they are gone 🤢🤮

I have been enjoying your amazing shakes for a while now and I absolutely love them all.
I am trying to pick a favorite, but find they are all really delicious and are perfect for my breakfast on the go and for a super nutritious lunch. I feel fabulous and find them a great meal replacement. They are filling and do not leave me hungry at all and I know I am getting all the vitamins and minerals I need. No more aches and pains and I sleep so much better. They are all so yummy and I love your healthy meal recipes as well. They are a great addition to my meal plan and I always pack them when I am traveling or away from home on business or on holiday too. I had a problem with delivery of an order by a courier. The customer service team sorted it out immediately. They were understanding, polite and more than helpful in resolving the issue. This customer service team fully deserves the 5 stars.

I love that these shakes are made with wholesome nutritious ingredients. They are quite filling, tasty and low in sugar, which is a plus!

Firstly I was lucky to have received a discount code for the 12 week program, so based on that I would rate it 5/5. BUT if I was rating at paying full price it would be 3/5.
The menu plans are extensive and I really enjoyed the food. The exercise plans were straightforward to follow … but that’s where it ends. There was zero support - although in saying that when I did have a question they did respond within a few days - BUT the cohort chat group I was in, there were comments about people not losing weight and there were no responses.
It was good for the first 6 weeks but then to be completely honest I got bored with it and started to go off track. I’m currently in week 9 and have lost almost 4kg so it does work… just not how I thought it would, and at the full price would be quite expensive compared to the results.

Fast 800 program is very easy to follow. Protein shakes are delicious. Recipes are easy and delicious. Apart from the first couple of days I'm not hungry. Exercise program easy to follow.

I liked the individualised process to determine what kind of Fast 800 diet would be right for me. I love that the focus is not just about weight loss, but also exercise, education and mindfulness. Understanding what is happening in my body, the science behind the Keto approach to weight loss, has been really helpful. I am 3/4 way through the 12 weeks and already feel fantastic. I have watched 12cm disappear from my waist in 8.5 weeks, I am over the moon. I also like that after the 12 weeks there is a Stage 2 before adopting a maintenance approach that will be for the long term.

The product is excellent, however none of the seals of all 3 bags work properly which is very disappointing. Please use a higher quality bag.

This is a well thought out programme. I did the 5:2 option - 1500 calories for 5 days and 800 calories for 2 days. I lost weight at a steady pace but there is an option to lose weight faster if you want it.
Meal plans are suggested for each day with the calories, protein and fibre already calculated. There is a vast store of recipes so you can make substitutions if you wish.
As a vegetarian, I was able to easily choose plenty of vegetarian recipes.
There are daily information sections covering a range of topics such as the importance of fibre and getting energy from protein instead of carbohydrates.
An excellent feature is a daily set of exercises alternating between working on core strength, cardiac, and suppleness. These go hand in hand with the healthy recipes.
You can also join an online community of other dieters for mutual support if you wish. I didn't.
It was easy to contact someone with any queries and the replies usually came back within 24 hours or sooner.
The only downside, I found, is that if you are making a meal for one, some of the ingredient quantities are small, eg, a quarter of an onion, an eighth of a red cabbage. However, it is usually possible to make larger amounts for saving/freezing.
I recommend this programme 100%!

I’ve used the MM blood sugar diet previously but needed to get back on track- and was ready to do so - then found the app!!! What a transformation.

It has been so easy to choose meals that suit me; every week has been different and the choice is never ending, and I haven’t even started putting my own tweets in!!

Long may this continue, along with the exercise recommendations. Currently in week 9 and 14 lbs down. Feeling good and so happy with the weight loss

Revised review I want to highlight how impressed I am with the customer service at Fast 800 they way the team handled the situation they took ownership of the issue and have gone above and beyond to resolve quickly.
Brought the mushroom soup would not recommend doesn't mix well following
the instructions very powdery weak taste of mushroom or anything other than cardboard i appreciate that it is not made to taste the same as processed
packet soup but the mushroom soup is inedible and i have wasted money. I brought the soup as a warm option on cold days while at work.

Extraordinary - I lost over 10% of my body weight in the first 5 weeks alone, just following the plan 5 days a week. And I never felt super-hungry. Meanwhile my blood pressure has gone from hypertension to normal and my cholesterol from elevated to normal.

Love the shakes. Navigating around the website was very clear and easy. The exercises really motivate me and help me keep in shape. The food tastes wonderful and the recipes are easy and don’t take long to prepare. Gathering the food is simple as i don’t have to think about it after i have decided on the weekly menu. Love the meditation sessions and the words of both knowledge and wisdom at the end of my session. Monitoring my progress is also a big motivator to keep going as i see myself getting more movable again after so many years neglecting myself.

I have been shaking the Fast 800 for about a month now. I have it for my lunches at work and it is very satisfying, I don't feel hungry during the afternoon stretch. Flavours are great (coffee, strawberry, Vanilla - the best, and chocolate). I am trying to maintain my weight as I find it difficult to excersize, and so far so good.

I spent nearly£100 on my first order.
The chocolate shake was thin and tasted horrible. I threw the bag and shake away. Next I tried the vanilla shake which left a claggy taste in my mouth. I could not bring myself to have another shake so that went in the bin also. I also ordered 2 boxes of bars..coffee and peanut...they were more palatable but overall for me because of vile shakes I will not be buying again.

I have had good results with this. however I tried the Mushroom soup but found it very powdery even after stirring it for ages. I will finish the pack but wont be buying it again

I bought several products in the past from Fast 800 and have always enjoyed them. This time I bought pea protein isolate powder (Keto protein powder) as there were few ingredients and it was minimally processed (vanilla and chocolate). Unfortunately I struggled with the taste and texture, which was very different from the whey protein I have purchased in the past. I reached out to customer care who responded promptly and have been really helpful. I felt valued as a returning customer and am most pleased and grateful with how they dealt with the issue.
