Let me just take this time & Tell about my experience with cpap shop in Berlin. I had the most amazing experience. ROBERT AT THE FRONT DESK HELPED ME & made my experience the best ever. After going through insurance problems & needing help purchasing a machine for DOT PURPOSES. He really walked me through the process. Letting me know every machine & it's prices. He took his time. I was amazed by how fast thr order was went through. The whole process was less than 30mins. I am sold on continuing business with the cpap shop. I pray this review reaches ROBERT IN BERLIN . He was such a pleasant experience. I hope his professionalism is rewarded.

Went to the CPAP shop as recommended by my sleep specialist for the first time and I was highly impressed with the customer service and I was also very satisfied with the explanations of the different product options. The Freedom 160 battery works great, with humidity and heated tube off and a 5.0 pressure setting on my Airsense 11, I was able to get 24 hours 21 minutes (three nights). Also, great customer service, the service representative Jeffrey was kind and patient.

Anna Weaver was awesome. When I bought the Resmed air mini it was really confusing trying to buy the right tubing and mask. I unfortunately did buy the wrong ones and opened them, but they were never used however she found a way to make the purchase of the correct one affordable as once I opened the original order they were not returnable. She took a bad situation and made it great I will be a customer. Thank you.

I ordered a new mask and decided after a week it wasn't for me. Talked to Anna who was awesome and even found me a discount for the replacement mask I ordered which left me with a credit to go toward future orders.

I called to get information on a travel cpap machine and it was a terrific experience. Anna helped us choose a machine and with a lot of patience and expertise we made our decision. I highly recommend getting your medical devices here.

I ordered a mask and cartridges for my AirMini. The mask arrived - no cartridges. I wrote two emails - never answered. I called twice and sat on hold so long I left callbacks. Calls returned the next day when I could not take them. I tried chat. Agent said he would resolve it. Nothing happened. I tried chat again- waited 39 minutes (ON A CHAT!) for an agent. No one ever responded. I am out $74 and their terrible customer service has done absolutely nothing! I purchased two cpap machines from them and a ton of accessories, masks, supplies. I will never spend another penny with a company who cannot follow through with simple support issues.

Horrible customer service. No one will answer a call, they won't call back, the internet chat stops responding, and emails go unanswered or referred to a third party shipping agent. My order was placed almost a month ago. NO ONE WILL RESPOND
