The Brig Omdömen

Great price and quick delivery

Very helpful advice and prompt service.

Great service

This was my second set of Prodigy carbon wheels from The Brig and they were amazing, paired with a set of purple Project 321 G3 hubs. The raw carbon finish looks awesome. Would highly recommend the team at The Brig, great prices, great quality and an amazing team. Thanks again to Eugene and Tom who built my wheels.

So far so m very happy with my purchase, top quality and holding up strong.

Cheers Marius

the brakes i originally ordered were out of stock and hadnt been changed on the site so eugene got intouch with me and gave me an offer on the new maven silver b1’s for only an extra $200 of what i paid which was a crazy deal. awesome customer service, couldnt be happier

Eugene was very nice and gave me express shipping for free

All parts where perfect and exactly as advertised, great pricing and prompt delivery

Had the exact derailleur I was looking for at a better price than anywhere else and it was delivered promptly. Super happy with the service

The wheels itself are fantastic. However the communications were a bit unclear and emails were not responded to promptly.

Product was great and exactly what I was after. Great price and quick dispatch.

Great shop. Never had issues with communication or shipping. Have always been super helpful, even when something is my fault, like over-torquing some proprietary rotor bolts.
Wheel build quality is excellent. Alloy hoops still true after around a year whereas I cracked my OEM pair in 6m.
Prices are also some of the best around. Cant say enough good things about them.

Great prices, no fuss and fast free shopping,

I am really impressed with the custom wheel building service offered by The Brig. Their website makes it easy to configure your wheel or wheelset and you can see the price and weight as you make selections. I ordered a Yama / Prodigy XC wheel and was blown away by the quality of components and the build. I have owned a lot of custom wheels but this is by far the best yet! Great attention to detail / QC process. Service is fast and personal: I was kept up to date with the build as it proceeded. Overall I was extremely happy with this buying experience – so happy that I ordered a matching front wheel immediately! This is just what I've been looking for in a local company and I will continue to use their service.

I work at 99 Bikes in Newcastle and the boys at thebrig were so so nice. Made it simple for me to communicate and the wheels came out more than perfect. If you’re reading this you shouldn’t be because you should be ordering wheels off them instead. Seriously recommend these boys

Initial issues with package shipping (Aust Post showed 'pending' for a couple of weeks) were promptly and politely resolved with a new replacement product being shipped.

Price, communication and quality wheel build had me stoked. I really liked the “rider/store feedback” for each product too it’s great to get pretty much in store advice from an online store from people who seem to know what they’re talking about

Great service and prices. Eugene is always happy to help and give advice
