My strap arrived here in the US with a flaw. I contacted The Bridge and they told me to return it for a replacement band. In a week or two I received a new band that is flawless. They refunded me my shipping costs to return the strap. The best part was the IMMEDIATE and polite response via email that kept me reassured that they were taking care of me as a customer. You can trust this company. Well done Bridge!

Great Servive, excellent quality
I had a few issues with the delivery but the team went out of their way to help. I’m really pleased with the Henley Strap. Great quality and really stylish.

The team at The Bridge is incredible. After a small snafu, they got back to me the same day and fixed the problem immediately. I’m very happy with the customer service, and I’ll not hesitate to order another band very soon. Thank you for showing what a great customer service really is!

I have to say the customer service was exemplary. I managed to inadvertently order the wrong colour combination. The customer service team handled the exchange seamlessly and with no fuss- great job, great strap!

I recently bought 3 different straps but when they arrived I only really liked one. So I returned 2 & ordered 2 replacements that arrived as promised & I really liked them. All handled promptly & efficiently including my small refund for the differential. I have tried many wrist bands for my Apple Watch & these are by far the best ( better than Apples own) - good design & great quality. Also customer service was first class

Good customer focus - but the product was not a good fit for me
On the surface, the strap appeared to be of reasonable quality. It seemed to be worth the price I paid - but not the quoted original price.
However, the clasp proved to be entirely inadequate and opened at random times. The company reached out to me after posting a review and provided a replacement. It would appear that the design is simply one I personally cannot get on with. But top marks to the team for trying to resolve things.

I do want to point out that all items are shipped out of UK and The Bridge Watches is a UK company, based in the UK. We have no link to Hong Kong, other than the third party fulfilment centre we work with having a HK office. Maybe this was the confusion but we are in every way, shape and form a UK business.
You can use our company number at the bottom of our website to look us up on companies house in the UK.

The quality of the strap seemed to be well below the level of quality i assumed it was going to be. i guess at the price point you get what you pay for. and considering this is being sold as a strap for the Ultra watch, i'm concerned that it will not hold up to the wear and tear i would put it through.

The bridge really know what’s good when…
The bridge really know what’s good when it comes to watch straps, order many from these guys and never do they disappoint. My latest purchase was the maverick strap which arrived perfectly as described and is another great strap that’s amazing quality. Shipping was speedy, arrived 2 days after my purchase and I couldn’t be happier with it. Can not recommend the bridge anymore, great job 👏🏽
