Leaving a wholistic review here- I feel that for what they do, Strapsco absolutely delivers. They have a wide variety of straps and you get exactly what you pay for with them, which is a good thing because there are definitely companies out there delivering much less than what you pay for. I like that most of their straps have quick release spring bars. For someone with a large wrist that makes using standard, short factory straps (looking at you Panerai and Grand Seiko) it is nice to be able to get several longer straps that make wearing a new watch more comfortable. Even better that you can get them in a ton of different styles and colors across just about any lug width. It is nice to get them quickly while you wait for custom straps.
That being said, I do not agree with their advertising sentiment that a watch strap should not cost over $100. Like I said, I believe you get exactly what you pay for with Strapsco, no more, no less. Leather quality is low, but serviceable. Stitching is ok at best. You may have some threads hanging that need to be clipped or burned. They do not match the quality of a $100+ strap and I do not expect them to. I just say this because of their advertising on social media.
So that being said, I am happy with my purchase and will keep doing business with Strapsco. If you are buying straps for sub $500 watches, then there is probably no need to go beyond what Strapsco offers. You can get a ton of good straps for not a ton of money and will probably be very happy with them. If you’re a watch nut that’s gone completely off the deep end and you are putting these on your Grand Seiko, Panerai, or Patek, then this is a good sit in until the custom straps arrive if your factory strap is too short. Also a nice way to see what different colors/styles you may like before committing to a custom order.

Many problems getting the website to work. Took awhile to get payment verified. Then I got an email saying my order had been placed. Then an hour later I got an email that said I had not placed my order and I left my fitbit straps behind. Not sure what is going on, but my credit card certainly got charged.

Love dealing with straps.com. Quality merchandise delivered promptly. Have not had any problems. Will definitely purchase more straps in the future.

Always a great experience shopping there. It's tough choosing which and how many you need though. Go in looking for a couple and next thing you know theres 8 in your cart. With the 3 for 2 deal, it's easy to keep them all.

When I am in need of either a strap or a bracelet for any of my watches, this is the site that I "go to" right away.
The huge variety of options offered, and price-points are greatly appreciated.

Purchased correct bracelet for watch and end links have poor alignment and don’t capture to lugs. Customer service so far poor and slow to remedy. I have asked for new end links and now have to provide photo verification of a problem which most would agree is not logical given This type of problem. Poor quality control it seems

StrapsCo.com has an excellent selection of watch straps and very reasonable prices, the shipping is fast, service is always excellent. I would like to see a larger selection of exotic leather straps. The straps I have ordered in the past have all been very good and worked well, the quality has been as good as much higher priced products.

(Most of my comments are not about Straps as a company.) For a number of years, I wore a Garmin Smartwatch. I bought many watchbands from Straps and never had a problem. When my watch battery started to drain more quickly, my husband & I started looking for a replacement. My husband told me that my next watch wouldn't be a Garmin because of cost. Our first replacement was a Google. What a miserable excuse for a watch! We both returned them. I went my separate way and bought a Rival. I'm still learning and adjusting to it, plus grumbling because no one likes change. Rival provided 2 bands with the watch, but they were all rubber. Last evening was my first attempt at changing the band. Cussing was involved. My husband finally got the band changed this morning. I just visited your website to see what you offered for a Rival. While nothing was specifically identified, with some creative searching I was able to find some bands. (Rival requires a 22mm connection.) Everything I could find in 22 mm was rubber. I ordered 2 bands. I know I won't be thrilled with them, but I'll (probably) keep that to myself.

My partner is using the Vivoactive 4s.

THE BANDS THEY SELL DON'T FIT. I have bought her two different ones from StrapsCo. and they both had the same issue - the metal prong is slightly too short. You can clip them in just fine and they look good, but if you give them a tug, the whole thing pulls out of the Garmin itself.

If you search online, you'll see several third party Vivoactive 4s straps have this issue where the prong is a little too small and this company sells those.

StrapsCo makes you pay for the return too so I wouldn't bother with buying again unless you have the time and money to keep returning these cheap straps.

I have a Venu 2 strap from StrapsCo and they're fine, but avoid the Vivoactive 4s. If you never catch your watch on anything then maybe this will work fine for you.

The website does not allow you to post reviews and some people online are saying they only post their high star reviews. BEWARE.

Their response says they didn't know about the straps not fitting correctly. In their response, they noted they'd test the strap it to ensure it fit and worked so take from that what you will.

Also regarding selectively deleting reviews, maybe they don't, but their site has an issue where you can't leave a review. A search online about people not being able to leave reviews shows this is not new.

They have since reached out to fix the issue so we'll see what happens.
