Don't trust this company, they're scammers. I bought tickets twice through JetCost, and both times they stalled me and took my money. Don't believe them; they'll keep you waiting for two days to sell you a higher price, then call you two days later saying the tickets aren't available. They are fraudsters

Good customer services. I have to be honest that the ticket booking is more expensive than what I expected because I had to pay more to upgrade to get the seats. So, I am not happy on this point.

Agent Emily very helpful only problem was late check-in didn’t allow me to get seats that I wanted.

I would appreciate Rebbeca with the kind of information and service he has provided me with . I really had a bad experience with one of their booking agents , who was really rude and I felt lacked empathy. And I decided to proceed with cancellation. Then Rebecca called me made the situation ease for all of us . I believe the management need to set Rebecca as a good example how she lets the reviews for their agency turn from negative to positive . She did her job brilliantly and went way further . I appreciate her willingness to make an effort . All the best Rebecca few people like her carry the reputation of the company on their shoulders . My refund was processed and I am hoping to receive my money soon

The company has price discrepancies, i.e. what it says on the website is different, but in reality the price is much higher, in my case it was 65% higher than the base price.
The crew helps with check-in but then quickly asks for my opinion on my satisfaction, which is a bit strange.

I paid in full for four flight tickets after being told I would receive my e-tickets within 6–12 hours. When that deadline passed, I was told to wait 24 hours. After that, I was informed that there were no longer any seats available on the flight I had already paid for, and they would look for alternatives.

More than three days later, I still had not received a valid airline PNR or e-ticket. Despite repeated promises and multiple follow-ups, I was left without a confirmed booking.

Because of the continued delays and lack of a confirmed reservation, I had no choice but to escalate the matter with my bank.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you choose to book with them, I strongly advise ensuring you receive a confirmed airline booking and e-ticket as soon as possible.

Update: It has now been 17 days since I paid £2,400 for 4 tickets to Japan. I still have not received the tickets. The company also promised a full refund within 24–48 hours over a week ago, but no refund has been received. I am still waiting for a resolution and have had to pursue the matter through my credit card provider.

Update :

I have now(21st July)received the full refund, and I appreciate that the money has been returned. However, the overall experience was extremely stressful and time-consuming, and I do not believe customers should have to go through this process after paying for flight tickets.

I booked four airline tickets with them on 16/6 They quoted a promotional offer and the total seemed reasonable. so I bought the tickets and I was told with in 24 hours you would receive the tickets! The next day they told me the promotional offer had ended and asked me to pay an additional £3,000 for new tickets, which we refused pay and requested for a refund as they did not issue the ticket!
After pressing for a resolution, they provided a ticket reference number for the Airines! The airline confirmed that this reference was invalid!
We had been chasing for a solution and, despite multiple communications, I did not receive a valid ticket or a proper refund. I am now left with extra charges and no confirmed itinerary.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend them and advise others to verify all price changes and ticket references directly with the airline before paying. I have contacted my card issuer/consumer protection authorities for help!

I'm very disappointed with services. I booked a flight and they didn't send me e ticket and provide confirmation s. After calling to many times still they ignoring this matter.
