I think it is fair to say this company is not legitimate and fraud. I booked tickets with these guys link to these found through jetcost.co.uk. On the day of travel received an email (which looked very suspicious) saying due to overcrowding airliner cancelled our booking & we will be refunded. Frantically tried contacting with no response and after speaking with airliner direct they never had our booking.
When I booked tickets with these 4 month ago the logo was slightly different but rest of details are the same. Now conveniently the website under maintenance.
I hope these guys rot in hell after ruining our & likely many people’s holidays. My kids are distraught

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked five tickets to Bali through The Best Airfares, but the company canceled my booking just two days before the departure. To make matters worse, they claim the refund was processed, but I have not received the funds and now I have to go through the hassle of dealing with my bank to resolve this. This is completely unacceptable service for such an expensive and important trip. I would not recommend this company based on how they handled this situation.

These guys are cheats.My wife and daughter booked flights with them to the USA but, at the last minute, the best airfares canceled the tickets. She call the airline and they told her her tickets had been reserved and cancelled multiple times, giving the impression it was all legitimate. They stole the money and no-one answered their phone line or email.

The Best Air Fares is not a travel agency—it is a criminal enterprise operating under a fake business name. They have stolen £1,450 from me and engaged in a systematic, calculated pattern of lies and extortion.

Here is exactly how their scam works: They lure you in with a low fare, take your money, and then cancel your confirmed booking without your consent. When you demand a refund, they promise it is "processing" to stall you past your bank's 120-day chargeback deadline. Then they ignore you completely.

What makes my case different from other victims? I have the smoking gun.

· I possess ALL written correspondence—every single email where they promised me a refund that never materialized.
· More damningly, I have audio recordings of their phone agents explicitly guaranteeing my money would be returned. These recordings are direct, undeniable proof of their fraudulent intent and deceptive practices. They are caught red-handed, lying on tape.

I have already taken decisive action:

· I filed a formal crime report with Action Fraud UK and hold an official crime reference number.
· My bank is actively pursuing a chargeback, but I am not stopping there.
· I am preparing to take them to the Small Claims Court, armed with my recordings and paperwork, to ensure they are held legally accountable.

This company already has 74 formal complaints logged with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and a sea of one-star reviews across every platform. They are professional thieves who will destroy your travel plans and steal your hard-earned money.

FINAL WARNING: If you have booked with them, call your bank RIGHT NOW and dispute the charge. Do not believe their fake "processing" promises. I will make sure my recorded evidence follows them everywhere—on Trustpilot, ComplaintsBoard, and in court.

The company is a scam. Booked tickets with them, they sent me tickets and payment link. I checked the tickets on the airline site and it was all valid at the time, few months later airline contacted me to say there is no valid ticket. Tried to contact them, got through the 1st time and someone said they will sort this out and call me back. Waiting 3 weeks and no call, tried to reach them the number is no longer working. Totally scam.

This company deserves a minus review. Not even 1. Absolute disgraceful company. They are nothing but frauds!! How they sleep at night I have no idea. I will be reporting them to trading standards so they can stop scanning other innocent ppl.

Please please save your time, money and energy and go with a reputable company. If they send you a link to pay, do not do it!!! If you sense something is fishy then you know it’s not right and walk away. If you have made payment contact your bank and trading standards so their website can get shut down! Day light robbery.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolute Nightmare – These People Are Liars Who Destroyed Our Lives
We booked 5 Qatar Airways tickets through The Best Air Fares almost two months ago for a make-or-break family trip. This wasn’t just a holiday. We sold our whole house and everything we owned just to afford these tickets. Our entire future was riding on this journey, and we trusted them with thousands of pounds.
They sent us an itinerary and what looked like proper confirmation, so we believed everything was sorted.
It became a nightmare of lies and betrayal.
From early on, Qatar Airways website showed problems — we couldn’t select seats and they told us the tickets weren’t active. They kept directing us back to the agent. The Best Air Fares reassured us with one lie after another: booking was fine, they had paid Qatar, it was pre-allocated inventory, seats would open soon, everything would be okay. We waited, trusting them.
Then the booking disappeared completely from the system. More calls. More excuses. Finally, less than 48 hours before departure, they sent an email claiming our reservation was cancelled because of the “Middle East conflict” and pressured us to agree to cancellation for a refund.
I contacted Qatar Airways myself. They confirmed the flights were still operating normally. No route cancellations. The issue was 100% on The Best Air Fares — they had never properly issued the tickets. Qatar even warned us we would not be able to travel at the airport because there was no active ticket.
These people are straight-up liars. Every explanation changed: Middle East conflict, airspace issues, overbooking, airline problems. Their phones were almost impossible to get through to — we tried 20-25 times and it was constantly busy or didn’t even ring. When we finally spoke to someone, they had the audacity to be rude to us in the middle of our crisis. I completely broke down, screamed, and lashed out from the overwhelming stress and panic for my family. They ignored me and one of them almost swore at me. No care, no solutions — just more empty words while they had clearly orchestrated this mess.
We also lost money on other parts of the trip, including a transit tour in Doha. The stress has destroyed us mentally and financially, especially after sacrificing our home.
I’ve now seen many other reviews describing the exact same nightmare with this company — fake confirmations, tickets never issued, sudden cancellations, unreachable support, and ruined plans.
Do not book with The Best Air Fares. They are liars who will take your money and leave you stranded at the worst possible time. Always check directly with the airline yourself. We are now fighting desperately for our refund with departure right upon us.
This has been one of the most painful experiences of my life. Save yourself the heartbreak and stay far away from these people.

Very very suspicious offering 40% discount on a Business Class Air ticket on Ethiad Airways. When I went to make a payment using my Amex Card, the pay was requested in Indian Rupees. I did not proceed. I received couple of calls from 0207 870 9651 and told me that their Amex are processed in India. I was not convinced. Upon checked the company is registered at an address 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX with 454 others. AVOID

I purchased and paid for 5 tickets to Jeddah with these thieves and when I spoke to Gulf Air they said they have been cancelled by the agent. Website down and phone number constantly engaged. They gave itenary and a fake e ticket with all correct details and ref numbers. Done a runner. Absolute disgraceful thieves. Why does the UK Plc let them operate like this and the banks do not have sufficient safegaurds in place.

Even a 1 is too much. These scammers take your money, give you an Eticket and just before you fly cancel your tickets, offering a refund that you wont get back. Based in Delhi and put a London address which several other companies use've. I had to buy 4 more tickets which almort bankrupted me. They sent me a message saying my tickets were cancelled and I'd get s refund. Phone line is permanently busy and can't send any messages. Con artists - pakki. I booked flights for the three of us, received confirmation, and got our e-tickets via email. Two weeks before our trip, I wanted to double-check that everything was still confirmed — only to be told my flight had been cancelled. They claimed this was beyond their control, saying the airline had overbooked and that’s why my ticket was cancelled.

I called the airline’s customer support and asked how this could possibly happen. The agent confirmed my booking had been made, but explained the airline had never received payment from this travel agency — so they had no choice but to cancel my ticket. They also confirmed there were still seats available on that exact flight if I wanted to travel on the same date.

Now the agency says they will refund my money, but it could take up to three whole weeks. I need this money immediately to rebook new tickets, and I have no idea if I’ll ever actually receive it.

Please — stop trusting this company completely 🛑 Any decent, respectful business would honour your booking and cover the ticket cost even if prices have risen because they failed to pay the airline on time.

I booked five Emirates airline tickets to Pakistan for our summer holidays through Best Air Fares. After booking, they sent us e-tickets, but I later noticed that no flight numbers were included.

Just two weeks before our departure, I received an email stating that our tickets had been cancelled. When I called their customer service, I spoke to a representative named Aniket, who was very rude. I asked why our tickets had been cancelled, and he told me that Emirates had cancelled them. He also assured me that I would receive a full refund within 24 hours.

When the refund did not arrive, I contacted Emirates directly. At first, they could not find any booking under our names. After checking further, they confirmed that the booking had existed but had been cancelled by Best Air Fares, not by Emirates.

I then called Best Air Fares again and spoke to a manager. When I explained what Emirates had told me, she claimed that Emirates was lying. When I asked for my refund, she refused to help and simply told me to contact my bank, saying there was nothing she could do.

My family was left without tickets just two weeks before our holiday, and I have still had to pursue my refund. After taking my full payment of £1369.36 via Visa Debit, they sent me a "Paid Invoice" containing 13-digit e-ticket numbers starting with 157-.However, when I checked these ticket numbers directly on the official Qatar Airways mobile app, the airline system rejected them as "not available." The travel agency had simply generated fake placeholder numbers on a PDF template to trick me into thinking my flights were fully ticketed.When I questioned them, the agents repeatedly lied and stalled for time, promising the tickets would go live "by 8pm," then "by morning," and then "by 9am."I refused to accept their excuses and immediately called my bank, Barclays, to flag the pending transaction for a fraud dispute and non-delivery of services. The moment I mentioned to the travel agent that I was actively working with Barclays, they panicked and immediately cancelled my reservation and dropped the payment hold because they knew they had no legal defense.Do not trust the 5-star reviews on here—Trustpilot has already put an official warning on this profile for review manipulation. If you have booked with them, check your ticket numbers directly on the official airline app immediately. If they do not work, bypass this company and contact your bank's dispute team straight away to claw your money back.

I had a concerning experience with this travel agency.
After booking flights through their website, I received a booking reference and e-ticket numbers. However, when I checked directly with the airline, they informed me that there were no valid tickets issued and that the booking was only a reservation. The booking also did not show the expected ticket and baggage information.
To verify this, I contacted the airline and visited their office, where they again confirmed that no valid tickets had been issued. This caused a great deal of stress and uncertainty regarding my travel plans.
After raising the issue with the agency and providing evidence from the airline, I eventually received a full refund. I appreciate that the refund was processed, but the situation should not have occurred in the first place.
My advice to anyone booking through this website is to verify their ticket status directly with the airline as soon as possible. While I was refunded, the overall experience was frustrating, stressful and time-consuming.

This airline cancelled our 4 return flights and I only found out they were cancelled because I called them up to check on the tickets, they claimed that had called me, but didn’t have any missed calls from them. Then they advised 7-14 working days for a refund, but nothing received. They claim to have processed the refund on 8th May which is clearly not possible given today is 8th June (2026)! I don’t know if I’ll ever get this money back and for the time being I’m out of pocket and not really able to book another one elsewhere until they hopefully send the money back, I’m going to raise a claim through my Visa card and hope that works.

UPDATE: After 14 working days, the refund finally came through. I'm still gravely unhappy with how long this took, but at least I can share with others that its not completely lost money, I'm not sure if my threats of legal action and visa involvement helped.

Scam - Do not use

We booked tickets costing over £2k after checking this Trustpilot review.

We were given a booking confirmation and e-tickets marked paid. A couple of weeks later I tried to book seats via the airline site.

The airline confirmed no tickets had been booked or paid. The company had added our names to the airline system but not paid or confirmed the tickets. There were no tickets. The E-ticket was fake - as confirmed by the airline.

After many calls and getting fobbed off I asked for a refund. This has to date not been given. Bestairfares.uk have now ghosted me. They clearly have no intention of refunding the money we paid for fake e-tickets (as confirmed by the airline)
