The worst.
They take funds, do not ship, ignore cancellation requests & do not make promised refunds.
Lucky for me I paid the 1 non-subscription item via Paypal & got a refund from there.
Bottom line:
I wish I had looked here beforehand 'cuz then I'd NEVER have ordered from that dishonest company.

This company will auto enroll you in a subscription for their garbage products without autorization and then refuse to un-enroll you.
Even after having to change my credit card number, the company auto billed the new card!

My boyfriend is going through hell right now trying to cancel a subscription he never signed up for. He purchased a ONE TIME kit and next thing you know at 1am they tried to charge his card 92 dollars but luckily he had it locked. They don’t have real people you can talk to and if it is real people they act dumb as if they don’t see an order you’ve made with them and etc. It’s not worth it and after trying to solve the issue they still tried to charge him again.

This is borderline a fraudulent…
This is borderline a fraudulent company. They sell a fake product, i saw 0 results from my "ultimate kit". They started me on a subscription that was more expensive than the one I originally bought. So they took it upon themselves to upcharge me and charge me without my permission. Basically no recourse. Dont trust them and the product doesnt work. Everybody in their pictures already had a thick beard beforebusing.

It's been said numerous times already, but just to reiterate they will sign you up for a subscription service under the pretense of making a one-time purchase. Why the hell would I need a new derma roller delivered every month? Total scam.

Buyer beware! Just wanted to try some beard darker, which is horrible by the way, but I bought this unit directly from them. I was subscribed in some sneaky way. So I continue to get the product and automatically charged my credit card. They refused to give me a refund unless I mailed back the product with my money.

I joined the beard club with the comfort of knowing that they have a money back guarantee. After the first month, I didn't see any improvement, but I figured that I would give it a few more months because I know everyone is different. I understood that by doing so, I would only get a portion of it back with their money back guarantee. After seeing no real improvement, and learning that the stuff can be made for pennies compared to what I was paying, I cancelled my subscription. I know I did because I left a detailed reason as to why after I had left it. There was no option to make good on my money back guarantee, so I felt a bit duped, but I figured that I would receive a follow up email from customer service, which never came. Instead, a few days later, I was charged for another box and notified that hooray, my next box has been shipped. I immediately sent an email that said I cancelled and requested a refund and a return label. They verified my cancellation and then provided a .........return address. I figured, whatever, I'll take care of it when it arrives.
It arrived today, so I emailed back, asking for a return label because they made a mistake by sending me another box as well as charging me for it. I did not feel that I should have to cover the return shipping for their mistake, let alone no money back guarantee. They responded by telling me that their refund policy stated that shipping costs are non refundable, regardless or the situation. So I felt duped again. I have to pay for their mistake. So I felt duped for a second time. They made no attempt to make it right, so I said I understand that policy is policy and that I will go ahead and pay for their mistake and then share my experience with any who will listen. I realize that this review is on a beard club. Email that was sent to me and that it will likely never see the light of day so rest assured, this review is copied and pasted so I can spread the joy. Companies like this should not exist and even though, I won't really hurt your sales in the grand scheme of things, if they continue to do business like this, they will eventually fail on their own. I was really hopeful too.
Read This Before You Buy—Hidden Subscription and Poor Quality
As others have noted, they trick you into a subscription when you think you're making a one-time purchase. Also, the process to cancel the subscription on their website is unduly complicated. I wish I read the review before purchasing. They got me for 3 shipments and $50 when all I wanted was 1 for $15. AND the product doesn't work very well.

STAY AWAY! This company is the worst, unprofessional. There the worst in refunding your money. My item was sent back and never got my money back. They don't have a contact number, the only way you can contact them is thru email. Is been almost 2 months and I haven't received my refund. Usps say package was delivered but they keep giving me excuses after excuses. So think twice purchasing item from them.

The billing practices of The Beard Club, Westwood NJ, are unacceptable. The Beard Club charged my account without authorization for a renewal I never agreed to, and without any prior notice. Furthermore, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, even though I never requested the product.
Auto Renewal
Edit: Had a same day resolution for a refund for the order, for which they somewhat justified their stance. It's alright, it's taken care of. Products are okay. Just keep an eye out on the subscriptions. :)

Scummy. Nowhere was it made obvious it would auto-renew on a subscription. Charged me and won't let me remove payment methods. It's also the most tedious process to remove subscriptions I've ever encountered.

Scam artists with Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Automatically renewal even though they gave a 30 day trial. I contacted them to cancel and they still shipped and billed me. I tried to dispute and they robbed me for another month without receiving the product for the next month. Buyer beware.

I bought a kit and had a 30 day money back guarantee, with no way exercising that guarantee , the product didn't work . On top of that the company took money out of my account 2 more times without permission because of the card on file they basically stole 184 dollars from me with no way to contact any one from there company can't believe I'm the only person they've done this too theft is a criminal practice a class action is in order.
The WORST COMPANY EVER
The WORST COMPANY EVER. They double shipped me products that I didn’t sign up for. Had no idea that I was on some kinda subscription service. All I got was a shipping text from DHL saying they are on the way. Weird how there is no CONTACT NUMBER to talk with someone and get matters resolved.
I asked for a RMA and they emailed me back some S**t about offering me a discount. No send an RMA so I can return the product. That was 2 weeks ago and still don’t have it.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FOUL UNSCRUPULOUS PEOPLE
Unfortunately not a good experience.
I hate to be leaving a negative review, I had such high hopes for this company, but like I learnt from my own experience, they don't have great customer service and are not 100 percent honest.
I didn't see any real results after using the products for 3 months, and Im pretty sure I even saw advertised a 90 guarantee or money back. When I emailed them they sent long automated responses and tried denying it. They told me I need to show them where it says that. When I sent them the screenshot, they still kept going back and forth with long automated emails not addressing my concern, and ended with they only refund if the products are sent back within 30 days, even thought the guarantee is if you USE the products and don't see results, they give money back.
I don't deny they might have thousands of positive reviews on their site, but I am really not impressed and cannot recommend to others unfortunately.
