Although I wasn’t a fan of the first wig choice.. I appreciate all the help to accommodate me on return and exchange.. You were such a sweetie pie! And I hope the exchange wig is everything I hoped for.. I don’t wear wigs often because of hair quality but I’m opening up trying a new company!!

Horrible Customer Service
They sent me a damaged wig and refused to refund me after I returned it. Customer service is very unprofessional and they do not show consideration! I will never purchase from them again! I would give zero stars if I could! They even asked can they send the wig back and refused to refund after I filed a claim with my bank!

They emailed me that if I remove my negative review they will refund me. Bribery is unacceptable to me and I reported that to BBB and my bank!

Run away from this company
Run away from this company! They’re a pack of scammers. Bought a unit more than two weeks ago. First they sent an invalid tracking number for fedex. I contacted them then they sent a tracking number for some gofo.com and guess what that’s invalid to. I’m just going to dispute the charge with my bank it’s not worth the trouble. I think most of their reviews are fake! Listen to me and do not patronize this company!

Feeling like I’ve been scammed
I placed an order on March 4th and got an email saying it was shipped on the same day. The tracking number they gave me was invalid with FedEx so I emailed them. I had to follow up twice for them to respond 4 days later with a new tracking number with a different courier. Extremely weird if you ask me.. 6 days have passed and my package status is “label created” and Sunber has not answered my emails. Their website states 3-5 day express delivery. Very close to disputing this with my bank because this is ridiculous

Excellence !
The customer service with Sunber is the best I’ve had with any hair company. They respond quickly and always find solutions.
Now the hair is 100% quality!!! I’ve ordered from them twice and never received anything less than great. The hair is smooth, silky, no shedding or random hair lengths.
