I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Beauty Forever.

After multiple failed delivery attempts by their courier, GoFo Express, I reached out to Beauty Forever for assistance. Nancy, one of their representatives, responded and apologized, offering me two options: either wait for the wig to be returned to them and resent, or receive a refund. I chose to receive a refund.

However, after selecting that option, the process became frustrating and confusing. I did not receive any clear follow-up regarding my refund. Instead, I began receiving emails instructing me to submit a return request online with photos of the wig.

I repeatedly explained that I could not complete a return or provide photos because I NEVER received the product in the first place. Despite this, I continued to be given the same instructions, which do not apply to my situation.

I also communicated with another representative, Larry, who incorrectly told me that my package had been delivered. When he provided a tracking number, it was linked to a completely different delivery in Virginia, which had nothing to do with my order.

At this point, I am stuck going back and forth between Beauty Forever and their courier with no resolution. I never refused the product—I simply never received it. I even offered to pick up the package myself, but was told that was not an option.

This entire experience has been exhausting and unacceptable. There appears to be a lack of communication, accountability, and proper customer support. Customers should not have to go through this much just to receive their order or get a refund.

Buyer beware

I wrote a review and was bribed monetarily to take it down. Don't fall for this if you write a bad review about the wigs and length of time (a month) to get your money back, keep it up.

Quality product, great customer service once past automation responses

The quality of the wigs I've bought are very good. The Put on and Go, is true to it's words; it's glueless as advertised. While it took a bit of effort to get past automated responses to correct an order error, once I reached someone the matter was handled in a satisfactory manner. Make it easier to reach someone directly in customer service and I'd give it 5 stars.

I had a great experience with BeautyForever! The customer service was responsive, polite, and very helpful throughout my interaction. They made sure all my questions were answered and provided a smooth and professional experience.

Chemical smell, Not BLACK OWNED!! Based in Xuchang China! Not Norcross Georgia

Not only did I get the wrong length, the chemical smell the wig have game me a headache, filled the large room, made me nauseous and got on the canvas bag i had it in after opening it in the car!!

I sent it back and their autopilot email keeps promising a refund and now went radio silent!!

MY FIRST ORDER REVIEW

This was my first order from Beautyforever.com. around the2nd week of January. The shipping was fast and my order accurate. The wig was beautiful although ill pacakged without a wig bag included. The wig itself was an ok quality and wasn't plucked as well as wigs I 've purchased with other vendors. The color and curls was very beautiful and vibrant. However, this wig MATTED AND TANGLED EASILY and SHEDS A LOT! The drawstring didn't always hold the wig in place, which made it difficult to keep the wig from slidinh even with the extra security band. I will remain with my other wig vendors. I tried but just wasn't completely joyous over this purchase.

Wrong customer, fake product, horrible customer service

What went wrong is this company is selling fraudulent products, these are not human hair wigs in any sense of the word of human hair I received two weeks that I ordered immediately could tell upon touching them there was an amount of plastic or whatever chemical they're using to make these wigs so I called to make a return when a week or two going back and forth about who's going to pay for the label finally they send a label I go to my post office and send it back in 3 weeks later I should say for 3 weeks we're going back and forth about where's the refund package made it to Georgia I guess nobody in their company would pick it up so they made me wait for a refund they email you back and forth with telling you to track the package send them a copy of what's going on blah blah blah this just went on and on and on and then they decided they wanted to give me a partial refund because when you order for them you sign up for some kind of club that isn't clear and they were trying to keep that money as well I just want you guys to know when you read these reviews when you look at the company website a lot of it I'm sure is paid advertising paid reviews I am not AI I am a real human I put my review with words mixed up and not really clear so you would know I'm a real human that is warning you do not spend your money do not waste your time this is not what we're expecting when a company says they're selling human hair wigs
