They scammed me out $120 :(
I lost around $120 between the hidden monthly membership that is $90 a month, and the extremely steep $30 cancelation fee. In the terms and conditions you technically sign that you agree to any cancelation fees, but $30!? That is excesive, and they are not up front about it. Don't fall for this scam like I did!
P.S. The product doesn't even work. I followed instructions to a tee and saw zero results...

Worst customer service
Worst customer service, NO PHONE NUMBER, they do not reply to emails, placed 2 orders with them and they did not fulfill any order, this business is a scam, Bryan Welfel the CEO should be held accountable
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The products are fine but the customer service is horrible. They are nice but they don't listen to you. I got mailed a second package that I didn't order and when I politely requested a refund they tried to UPSELL me. Unbelievable. I kept asking for refund, they finally agreed after at least 8 emails back and forth, but then UPS was going to charge me $15 for return shipping. I declined, asked The Beard Club for a return shipping label, and they declined. Said it's not their policy, and I have to pay for it. So, I disputed the charge with my bank. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company unless you want to make one order and then have them continue to bill you over and over again.
Note: I almost never leave negative reviews anywhere. A company has to try REALLY hard to anger me, repeatedly, for me to do this. It's a waste of my time, but they deserve to be trashed. Ridiculous.
Bad company
Their products are okay. The problem is once you buy on their website you are automatically signed up on their membership and you get billed monthly. This happened to me and I had to email them to cancel my membership. I never agreed to this and I don’t recall checking off any agreement. If I had a lot in savings I would take the company to court.
Total scam
I was recently unknowingly charged by Beard Club for a subscription I didn’t consent to. When I ordered the product, I didn’t see anywhere where it said I was being subscribed to anything. If it were clear somewhere on the order for where you can clearly see, I would have opted out of the subscription option. There wasn’t any kind of box to check or anything like that. If it was in any kind of small print, then it was not clear enough for anyone to see or even notice which makes that a total scam. I contacted their support and they refused to give me a refund. Total BS.

Total scam business. They set you up unknowingly for a recurring charge and offer you ridiculous to return items. The only thing they care about is money.

Dishonest and predatory
Ordered their product for my son for Christmas. I didn't realize they would be predatory and sign me up to their "Subscription" without my consent. I caught it almost immediately and let them know to cancel. However, they get those shipments out really fast and now I have to pay shipping to return it and get my refund. I'm certain they'll try and find a way to not give it to me and I'll need to report this to my bank as fraud. I highly recommend avoiding this company. Truly a scam. I'll be posting this everywhere I can to warn others.

Don't waste your money
Ordered the sandlewood beard balm. Does not smell anything like sandle wood. I reached out to customer support. No help what so ever. I would recommend that you do not waste your money on this company
Did not receive my items
They took my money and did not ship my items. two days after purchase, they charge me again for subscription I did NOT sign up for. The first order was a one time purchase and I make sure to select that. They are not honest people, please stay away.
The Beard Club loves money
The Beard Club regularly trick customers into signing up for an expensive monthly subscription service, for every transaction. Without even making an account, or mentioning the subscription nature of the business anywhere except fine print, they sign you up for monthly orders that increase in price.
They claim that it's obvious, but it is in the fine print right under the "place order" button only. On top of this, they claim to give email warnings, but they warn you when the order is ALREADY placed.
In their email responses to me, and in responses to others' reviews, they make it clear that they think it is the consumers' responsibility to cancel the subscription, a subscription that no one knew about. They also seem to think that consumers must pay return shipping just to get a refund on something they never authorized.
Think about this from an actual human's perspective. You get drunk one night and want to spoil yourself. Perhaps your young daughter, or your grandma with dementia are determined to give a cool gift to their relative with a beard. They put in the info and click buy. But they aren't buying 50 bucks of beard oil. They are buying $750 of beard oil throughout the year, with the only indication being fine print. Is that not a bit evil and greedy? Are we as consumers expected spend hours a week reading all the fine print we encounter, or else we get scammed? Because that is the world that The Beard Club lives in. Where consumers must be hyper-perceptive, or else, they pay the cost.

Last month I purchased my first box from this company then on the 25th of this month I seen a charge from tgen again, and I was t ok with it beings I didn't click purchase it is a scam and by all accounts it seems like everyone else I see on here is having the same exact problem I contacted the company via email because apparently tly there the only company in the US that doesn't have live customer service they basically Saif they didn't care it was my fault and I'm stuck with there worthless product I would strongly urge anyone that is thinking about using this product to run fast and far I told them I don't want it I would send it back and they said 2 bad sorry not there problem more than likely is a 3rd world company customer service I'd give a -5 star if It would be possible and as far as the company having integrity and standing behind there product they don't way to treat a veteran beard club shame on you

I would give less stars if possible. To start off I purchased this item, completely unaware that it was apparently a "Subscription". I received a follow up order in late January and immediately cancelled all future orders but could not find how to return the order I received, I finally found it in the comapny's FAQ's. I sent an email as required and was told that sorry I was 3 days too late. Predatory sales practices, products that don't work, and crappy customer service equals a company that DOES NOT stand behind it's product. So much so that they didn't even want the product back.

Lost package
These guys still won’t do anything about my lost package. Terrible company. Just ignoring me and saying they can’t issue me a refund and have no clear timeline of when a package is considered lost. It has been a good 6 weeks since I’ve ordered from them and the package has been lost for 5.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM !AWARE OF THEM!!!! They are scamming get you to their auto-subscription. I wasn't able to login for awhile just to find out that I'm subscribed for their product.
