Very helpfull explained everything,answered all questions,let down the price.

I recently changed my car Insurance to the AA. They have provided good cover for a good price. It was easy to apply with the online application. They also have an app which you can download making it easier to contact if needed.

Quick hassle free website and easy to use

Quite an easy process to obtain quote and then get covered. Price appears pretty comprehensive and competitive although I'm a little unsure if there are any small print limitations on the cover features stated.

Im not at all tech savvy. I found the site quite simple to follow and understand. When it came to choosing my insurance and was then directed to AA site, i followed instructions again but then on payment i was unsure if the payment had worked. I then phoned AA and explained my cocern and was dealt with within the hour. The payment had gone through. But was dealt with fantastically, highly reccommend

Got price through comparison site then changed the start date and said would not insure. Went back through another site and it worked

Was very easy to do an online quote then easy too call with the ref..number and it was a polite friendly service and before you no it all done and insured 🤗 price was good too

The online experience was terrible. Trying to retrieve my quote and buy, the price rocketed and Silver was more expensive than Platinum.

Getting the insurance policy was easy enough & great value. My only complaint is I can't seem to access it on the app. It only shows my breakdown cover. I have got details from the email sent but would prefer it to be included on the app too.m

Already an AA breakdown member. Very competitive motor insurance price. However, cannot open the attachments forwarded.
