Terrible web site
Terrible web site. Codes arrive after 15 min time limit.
Ended up speaking to an operator who completed the process and undertook to post out the documents in 7 to 10 days. I hope!

Positive response for a Community First Responder (CFR)…
I have complications of being a Community First Responder (CFR) and we carry oxygen and a defibrillator. There is a large number of organisations who do not understand that we are not driving on blue lights and sirens; but infact driving within the Highway Code rules - the same as any other person.
AA knew immediately why I required to have class 1 business use - due to the multiple homes we attend.

Online works fine but when you try to speak to someone to try to sort out something you are unsure of, then it’s automated telephone response encouraging you to give up, after automated response until you get fed up and give up.
