Well I have bought two policies one…
Well I have bought two policies one back in June for home and another on Friday for my new car to start on 24th was told I can access these online through the app, but it doesn’t recognise me. Got through on chat to someone called Jai and he can’t help either, what’s the point of digital when it doesn’t work. I want to check car policy to make sure all is ok but even the documents that came through I can’t check as it is password protected, how am I supposed to know what the password is! Ridiculous setup, AA is closed in a Sunday over the phone, just hope my house doesn’t burn down as they’re on a break according to the chat. Setting up the policies was fine, although car insurance increased by £70 from original quote. Paid both policies in full, so they’ve had my money. Now I have to wait for someone to get back to me by text, god knows when. It’s a bit cheeky because if I need to make a change on policy because something isn’t correct, I’ll be charged, if I could of checked straight away then I wouldn’t!

From receiving your quote on the comparison site to actually accepting and paying for it, there was not a single hiccup - unlike one or two others I had ventured onto!. Paid a very fair price for all the factors I wanted to include and it was very easy to understand the questions you asked. All in all, a professional deal sorted very quickly
