Following an impossible experience…
Following an impossible experience trying to make a change of vehicle with an on line policy with another prominent insurer, whose support service level was far short of my expectations and needs. I decided it best to cancel and get a policy with another insurer. I selected The AA from comparison sites balancing price (not the cheapest), cover level and policy excesses. I called to arrange a policy, and pleased to speak to someone who was interested and helpful. Cover was arranged and all the documentation followed immediately by email. The service from AA was well deserving of a five star review.

Very good service
Very good service and Steve was really helpful and explained clearly so Icould make my choices when purchasing car insurance. I also spoke to Lauren today who was also very helpful and answered my question.
No feeling rushed no jargon just good service I would recommend.
