The website very difficult to register, to logon and to use.
Accessing documents also very difficult. The are attached to an email which needs a password to open.

Hey John, we’re sorry you’re feeling this way. The password to open your documents is your date of birth followed by your postcode. For example, if you were born on 1 July 1982 and your postcode is RG21 4EA, your password would be 01071982rg214ae. This information should have been included alongside the document link.

I went through confused.com to find my car insurance.
AA is a name I can trust and the price was almost the same as I had paid this year, which was a real bonus. I compared it with several other companies with similar prices but I felt that I got a little more with AA. I also hadn't heard of some of the other companies so I thought it best to stick with what I know.
It was easy to use the app, answer the questions and read the fine print. I look forward to being insured with AA for the forthcoming year.

I recently changed my car Insurance to the AA. They have provided good cover for a good price. It was easy to apply with the online application. They also have an app which you can download making it easier to contact if needed.
