Emailed after the sale to check goods had arrived in good condition then further emailed to check i was happy with the product. I stumbled across this company during a search online and im glad i chose them and will use them again if i need anything in the future.

Matt was really helpful and offered plenty of good advice. He responded to emails promptly and provided a first class service from start to finish. I will definitely be using “That Pond Guy” again in future without doubt. Very impressed. Thanks Matt.

Contacted That Pond Guy as we had a leak in our brick built pond. They were the only company that were actually interested in helping us. Once they had all the info, they arranged to come and fibreglass the pond within a week. Even though they had to postpone due to the weather they keep us inform. The guys arrived and did a great job now have a leak proof pond

was very disappointed with my experience.

I ordered a water lily and was looking forward to receiving it. After waiting for the delivery, I eventually contacted the courier myself and was informed that the parcel had been returned several days earlier. Unfortunately, I had not been made aware of this and had to chase the information myself.

In my opinion, when a customer purchases an item, it should not be their responsibility to investigate delivery issues. I would normally expect the seller to deal directly with the courier and keep the customer updated, rather than the customer having to spend time chasing the matter themselves.

To be fair, a refund was eventually processed. However, I felt communication throughout the process was poor and the situation could have been handled much better.

I was also unhappy with the phone conversation regarding the order. The discussion became heated on both sides, and I felt that the tone used towards me, including raised voices and swearing, was unprofessional.

While I appreciate that delivery issues can occur and are not always the seller's fault, the overall experience left me frustrated and disappointed.

Pleasant, obviously knowledgeable, guys let us know when they were coming and then did a thorough clean of the pond. Didn't leave any mess. Looked after the fish well while they were in the holding tank.

Sensible to want photos of the pond beforehand and of the filter systems. Fair price for what they did. We will be pleased to have them back

Having found That Pond Guy searching for new items for my koi pond I made 4 separate orders now. The service is fast and all items dispatched very quickly. Matt has been helpful in choosing one item, and air pump recommendation and has always responded to messages at such a busy time of year. Wish the firm was located nearer the Northwest I would have used him for some of the other pond services he offers.

Our pond looked like peasoup we couldnt see any fish and the water lillies had taken over Natalie arrived and four hours later we had a crystal clear pond the water liliies had been reduced to two baskets and the fish were charging around the pond so happy

Used this company a couple of times. Had a small issue with an order but staff rectified it and apologise.

Ordered pond plants on March 29th chased them up via the site and via E-mail, continually fobbed off that will be availible from 26th May, water soldiers never had a date attatched as per the website, now 28th May no sign of plants and lost 2 fish waiting for them. Have sent 2 e-mails to cancel order, both have been ingored, no sign of order or of refund, just terrible experience

Following a pond revamp i needed a replacement blade with a longer lip. Although it was out of stock, it came the following week direct from the manufacturers, wrapped securely.
Once connected up it flows better than any other blade I have owned.
So it certainly does what it says on the tin....!!

We used That Pond Guy, as our pond had a leak/crack,
Over 5 days, That Pond Guy came emptied our fish and water into a holding tank with a filter, our pond sides were cleaned, then we had two guys, come and re lined the pond with fiberglass, (several layers), and on Friday, two very helpful ladies came to put the fish back, treat the water,
Our fish are now back in the pond, and no more leaks.
