Shipping was fast. Bike arrived in great condition. Loving the bike, has great power and range. The company is very attentive to it’s customers. It was a great choice going with the tesway e-bike brand.

It’s better than I thought
I have to honestly say that this e-bike is a game changer. I took it for a trip of 30 miles and it only used 20% of battery capacity. That was with one motor engaged, in speed 3 most of the time, which is plenty fast (average speed of 25mph). When engaging both motors, it flies at 35-40mph, but I don’t need that. It will also consume more energy then.
The bike is very well built, and is super stable. I ride it hands free, just leaning back, crossing my arms and let it take me places.
I bought the bike to go to locations for nature photography and it works perfect for that. Also for easy commuting in the city, it brings me where I have to be faster than most car routes. And I have no more problems parking now.

It’s a comfortable ride
I really enjoyed the economics of the bike. I like the seat height and the handle bar height. I also like I can have a passenger for my young son!
I dislike the slow acceleration and for it being 52volts it should have more torque!
It struggles on climbing hill with my 50 pound kid on back!
I think you should offer a different controller that allows more amps the 22amps .

Good Customer Service
Great response to questions about the product ; and in a timely manner. Information given was accurate. All around great experience with this company. Only got 50 miles on the bike but it goes in AWD ... does what it says it will do . They upgraded the controller and display so when it is unlocked for full power the screen says 64 instead of the older versions 99 . The suspension is good ... handles nice . I have only had the bike a week ; but I like it so far ... fun to ride . Does well on both road and trail ; havent had it off road yet.

The Tesway X9 is an excellent bike!!!
The Tesway X9 is an excellent bike! Assembly only took about 45 minutes. It is a large bike which is great considering I am 6' 4". It is also pretty quick, although I am on the heavier side it take s a few seconds to get up to speed but I have gotten up to 36MPH on it so far. I am sure as I continue to loose weight it will go faster, it definitely has the capability for it. Overall I am happy with it the only complaint I have is that the rear shock absorber could be a bit more stiff and as there is no way to adjust it I think this is the only area of improvement. maybe later iterations will have an upgraded rear shock, in the meantime I might just upgrade this component myself. I will close with this, the X9 is excellent value for the money, is a definite head turner and conversation starter, and checks all the boxes for this class of ebike. I would definitely recommend purchasing this model.

A very well thought out ebike for long hauls. Comfortable and feels solid, has plenty of power, display is very nice!
Bike is very nimble for a longer frame, the 20x4 inch wheel set makes it feel very grounded and connected, the 203mm brakes are a great feature to the bike!
