My display screen failed under warranty. Your junkie bikes are garbage. Did not want to be antagonized anymore so I bought a replacement screen. The screen is not compatible with the bike, controller, etc. Tried two different wiring configurations and still not working. Please do not buy any products from this company. If you do you will be sorry. Go down to the bike store and buy local, I feel like I've been ripped off $1,000. And have no recourse but to talk to the internet, b******* never again. Luke Wachowiak

I spent over $2,000 on an e-bike in January and have yet to ride it once. Straight out of the box, it threw an error code and the throttle engaged on its own. Customer service is email-only and painfully slow, dragging things out with useless “try this, try that” responses.
They eventually sent replacement parts, which I had to pay out of pocket to have installed (they promised reimbursement—still nothing). The parts didn’t even fix the issue, and now I’m dealing with a brake system failure error on top of that.
I’ve requested a refund or replacement and reimbursement—now they’ve gone completely silent.
Three months, $2,000+, zero miles. This company is shady, unresponsive, and clearly doesn’t stand behind its product. Filing complaints with the BBB, Federal Trade Commission, State Consumer Protection Office and the licensing board. I strongly recommend others do the same.

This is by far the worst company for customer service. I've emailed them about warranty services several times to no reply. Don't do business here. Bad company bad people.

I bought one of their ebikes on Amazon…
I bought one of their ebikes on Amazon late spring. Within 1 month several items on the bikes were falling apart( brakes, display, headlights,etc). Few months pass by and the front motor and battery stops working. I tried to contact them several times but everyone I contact them the were little to know help. Their bikes dont last long an fall apart in less then half a year.

Consistently good customer service
Consistently good customer service, even after 5+ years! I purchased the Eahora X7 folding fat tire bike in 2020. Was going stir crazy in California during the pandemic and needed a new way to explore the beautiful redwoods and Pacific coast where I live.
I recently purchased an extra 48v battery for long trips over hilly terrain. Unfortunately, the new battery (I thought) wouldn't hold a charge! It showed charging for 4.5 hours, but then wouldn't power the bike, and unlike my original battery, showed no charge on my voltmeter. Customer service worked with me for over a week, until we discovered that these new batteries don't behave as the originals! You have to use the key (included) to switch the battery to the LOCK position. The battery then shows a voltage and runs the bike. This is unlike the original battery, that did NOT require locking. It's a new feature that customers with X5/X7 eBikes should be aware of! Thanks to Eahora Customer Service for helping me with this!

Every thing that I have ever done with Eahora Is 5 star`s all the way..I could not have found a better E-Bike like the Juliet ,It`s awesome in every way ,I have been riding it for several year`s not one bad issue.I have changed a few thing`s on it like a fat seat with a back rest . I pull a nomad trailer to get groceries and going camping and fishing with it. I love this thing.And Eahora has all way`s been there when ever I needed them didn`t matter why I needed them they were there.I have never ever worked or dealt with a better company. ***** star`s. your`s truly Old E-Bike Chris N C

Excellent bike, Piss poor service, Filed complaint 3weeks ago. Paid 2100 dollars for bike with defective speedometer, They won't replace, still under warranty.
Horrible experience with a horrible company
I got two bikes Romeo pro 2 2025 which cost $5,000 for 2 bikes, that's not a small amount for one of which to not to be even working. I emailed same day I got them and asked for a refund or a new bike, I got blocked
So today nov 11th I got unblocked and email they wanna video would you know that the email will not support sending the videos not no 5 seconds not no 10 second videos this company is very hard to work with and will do not recommend ever buying from this company until you do your research and know a little bit more about the products that they sell because without the doubt I can tell already it's going to be a headache to get any thing achieved with this company so save your money save your time save your energy and anger and just buy something else anything but from that company.

Thank you guys so much, they've went out of their way to help me with fenders that didn't fit right and my AM100's crank had issues and they sent me a new left crank for free, even when their supply chain couldn't help me quick enough, they made sure it happened and I bought the bike used from an old lady in the mountains, so I was amazed at what lengths they went to for me.

Great communication from the staff they even sent me a better battery. They helped me along the way with videos and really good assistance. This could’ve turned out really bad, but they actually helped me.

My Romeo Pro 2 was delivered with a broken controller.
After a few weeks, the bike stopped running.
A few months after replacing the controller, the pedal sensor broke.
Then there was a problem with my front suspension fork.
And now my rear rim is cracked!
They won't send me any more parts because my warranty is one month out.
But in the meantime, my Eahora Romeo Pro 2 has been out of service for over six months!
Now they want to charge me €180 for a rim and spokes, and I'm supposed to wait 40 days for the replacement parts.
Never again
This is why I will never buy anything from Eahora again.
They are basically admitting that their bikes only last a couple of years.
My "X7 Special 2023" is only 2 years old.
The first motor and controller went out at 11 months. Thankfully they did replace both under warranty.
The second controller goes out at two years and now they no longer carry them?
They're basically telling me to toss the bike in the garbage.
Horrible service
I purchased this bike, it came about two months after I purchased it. I rode the bike for about a month. Charged it five times. On the sixth attempt to charge I got a battery error. I’ll contacted her service department. The situation has still not been resolved. I’m nowhere near a resolution. And I was literally told by the service department to search YouTube to find answers to my questions.
Buyers beware.

This has to be the worst customer service I have come across. I put in a warranty claim 5 months ago and still have not had a resolution. I would like to be able to give this bike a good review. But given the compleat lack of customer service. I can not recommend.
