Unfortunatly the property did not sell through Tepilo but this by no way a reflection on Mos, he was a pleasure to deal with.

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY.AFTER MUCH COMPLAINING THEY REDUCED MY BILL TO £805 AND WE THOUGHT THAT WAS TOO MUCH.LEFT THIS EXCUSE FOR AN ESTATE AGENT AND SIGNED UP WITH A REAL AGENT AND OUR PROPERTY WAS SOLD WITHIN 3 WEEKS.YES IT COST MORE BUT THEY HAD BUYERS ARRIVING WITHIN DAYS AND THEY NEW THE AREA AND WHAT WAS NEEDED.I GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ZERO MARK TO GIVE.

I have a sale going through with my property at the moment. Mos was excellent and dealt with the negotiation very efficiently and was professional always returned my call or email, 5 stars to you Mos......
Unfortunately, since i was put in the hands of the progression team, it has been like getting blood from a stone to get to speak to the person dealing with my sale! 3 weeks went by before i even got to speak to him, no updates, no courtesy call. I sent emails, left voice messages over 1 week i rang 18 times and left messages with NO response. I even had to contact my buyer to see what was happening; totally unacceptable; in the end i had to go through the on-line chat to actually get the person to ring me. again i have emailed and left a message today and nothing! I asked to speak to a manager and still no returned call.... whats going on? this kind of service is disgusting, rude and unacceptable. I will be lodging a formal complaint if it ever gets through to anyone!

We had a great experience selling our house with Tepilo. Kane Phillips our negotiator was very professional and easy to work with. The process from start to finish was very straightforward and hassle free. I would highly recommend.

I write this review for Lisa Jacques & her alone but unfortunately not Tepilo as a company. I do not wish to comment on my experience of Tepilo but sadly I am unable to leave a separate review hence the 5 stars I have given are for you Lisa!
Where do I start, Lisa has been a tremendous support over the past year, always going above & beyond what is expected of her. Lisa is always willing to listen, help & give advice, even making herself available at the end of the phone outside of her contracted working hours when needed.
Despite all the stresses I have been through, Lisa somehow always manages to pick me up, with a sympathetic ear in between sharing a laugh & a joke about life in general! Lisa's work ethic truly is unmistakeable & I feel she is a true asset to Tepilo.
I have gained a friend as well as a Negotiations Manager - Thank you Lisa - please keep up the great work for me! :-)

5 Stars for Rutendo!
Rutendo was our Property Manager and has been my shining light throughout the Tepilo process. Selling the property was a bit painful but you get what you pay for at the beginning of the service.
As soon as Rutendo took over she has been amazing from start to finish; prompt, courteous, friendly and helpful and has chased our buyer along the way. She clearly has a high work load but has always called me back 5 minutes after I leave voicemails and when things got stressful she prioritised our file. Thank you for everything!

Rutendo has been fab throughout this process would highly recommend for a smooth transaction.

Casey Sparks, Was looking after the sale of my property and did an excellent job and things currently appear to be going ahead in fine fashion.
My only complaint is her work load would appear to be to high as contacting her always involved her ringing me back which added time into the loop.
But she was always willing and prompt when she contacted me.
I hope she continues to enjoy what she is good at but fear that her work load will deny her in the end.

We decided to try Tepilo, we are not a huge fan of estate agents and liked the idea of the online industry giving the high street a run for their money!

From contacting Tepilo and choosing a package (we chose the classic) and having Rob come out and take photos and reassure us of the whole process that Tepilo does, was great. The photos were fantastic.

We had ups and downs. Having our property going live on Rightmove mid-afternoon on a Saturday, we were lucky to have 6 viewings booked by the end of the day - 5 being on a Sunday, it was like an open house and being able to answer questions and tell viewers what we had done to the property was great, it gave it that personal touch. So it was fantastic that we got two offers that evening and sold our property within 24hr!
We had a few hiccups along the way and a swap over of buyers, though Harvey who was dealing with the sales negotiations was brilliant at communicating and keeping us informed.

Out of the blue, we had a property ping on our account to view a Two-bed property in London, apparently, someone in the background had accidentally added us to view this property. We initially thought that our account had been hacked - now I am not so sure if it was to boost viewings for this particular property!

Then our property went back on the market for no apparent reason, it did get put back under offer once I had raised the issue
In both incidences, I received an apology from Tepilo.

Then we finally had a completed chain and we moved over to our sales progressor. First, we had Kunal, he was again very communicative, then we had Courtney, who again was very helpful and communicative. Then we received an email from Debbie on the 13 June that due to unforeseen circumstances the sales progression team is a few members short and we will experience delays.

I was reassured by Debbie that Courtney was still our sales progressor until I received a call from Vinetta, who I then later found out is our sales progressor!

The communication has been diabolical. I had spoken to Vinetta on the phone twice since June and the calls are Kurt and clipped. I have emailed Debbie to try and establish a working relationship, especially with Vinetta (whom at the time I did not have an email address) as this would make this stressful part of the sales run more smoothly and restore my faith in this service I have already paid for.

Born out of that email, My solicitor gets a call from Tepilo and is shocked at how little knowledge or understanding there is from Tepilo in answering a simple question of our position - which Telpilo should know if they maintained contact. My solicitor is now just communicating with our buyer's solicitors as there is no faith in Tepilo and feels this would hinder or confuse matters with our sale.

So we are at the point of exchanging contracts and there is no communication with our Progressor, despite emails! This is not what I had paid for and was reassured that the whole process would be smooth.

In fairness, I think Tepilo lack the training in their staff. Looking at the reviews today at Tepilo, the Glasshouse employee review is shocking and there is lack of support for staff. So no wonder we are having issues on the customer side of things!

I feel we are left on our own to complete this sale. There is clearly no incentive for staff to carry this forward, as Tepilo already have our money. This is where I sort of miss the harassment from the high street agents because at least they call and push and call again to get the sale completed so they can get their commision!

Would I recommend Tepilo? If you want a fast sale and great photos, then yes, though if you want to be kept in the loop and seen through to the end, then this is not the company to use. I suggest waiting until Tepilo sort their act out!

Our negotiator Mos made selling our property a stress free and painless experience. He was very responsive and consideret of our needs. He negotiated well with our potential buyers to get the best potable deal for us. Thank you Mos!

I put a property with them 2 weeks ago ,once I agreed to pay them almost £2000 I have had nothing from them although I have called them every day and no one gets back to me

The agent that encourages gazumping. We went nearly to exchange when they encouraged their client to take a cash offer. Please steer clear.

Moz has been a great agent to work with, pointing us in the right direction and helped us secure an acceptance on a property. He has been on hand to guide us through the offer process with regular updates and contacts which could have otherwise felt even more daunting being first time buyers. We are over the moon!!

Ahmed Aziz is great! Not only does he solve problems - he does it there and then, no waiting, no ring backs, no messing. He's second to none! Thank you

Alex Hood helped us through an erratic house market during the Brexit phase. He was honest enough to give us good advice which ultimately helped sell our property. The whole experience was a little stressful but his input was amazing. He always took the time to explain things which was reassuring. Due to him we were in a position to sell, but more importantly buy the home of our dreams. Everything went smoothly, he oversaw the conveyancing stage liased with the buyer etc. Would definitely recommend Tepilo. Compared with the 3 High Street agencies we were with they saved us a fortune and were a much better service. Job Well Done!!

I had a great experience using Tepilo especially Gemma who was friendly, helpful, professional and supportive. At all times she kept me informed and followed my instructions giving thought to my wishes. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Total waste of time you may as well throw your money down the nearest drain !!!,they do not reply back to you/answer your emails-the "call me back" is a joke as they Do not ?...they do not chase your sale unless you badger them and when they do its sounds like they are reading (poorly) from a script !! from a pile of files on their desk
I was told they had a staff shortage so chase your solicitor yourself ?
Biggest mistake i paid up front and it seems if you do this its Happy days we have the money put your feet up !!..
They clearly work on Bulk rather than quality
Do yourself a favour and use a real estate agent where you can go and talk/chase a real person.
Only gave them a star as the photographer was good,but she was self employed....
