Tenantevictionspecialists Omdömen

I highly recommend this company as I just by chance chose them. I had a problem trying to evict my tenant from the property. I spoke with Holly who was exceptionally very helpful and understanding of my situation. Holly explained the best option / process and completed all necessary paperwork and I got a court date very quickly, which I was quite surprised.

I would definitely highly recommend this company to my friends who are in similar situation. I always receive a quick response to emails by Holly and she is always happy to help.

I cannot thank Holly enough for her thorough & efficient work - nothing was too much trouble for her & she was always cheerful.
After attempting to evict the tenant myself to no avail I contacted Holly - this was an unknown choice from several other eviction agencies - I got luck. Holly patiently helped me time & time again & eventually the tenant left. Cannot thank her & her team enough. I would highly recommend them. Holly turned a bad situation into a satisfying experience. Thanks again guys - great working with you.

Job done! Finaly evicted tenant following months of stubborn / irrational behaviour and property damage. Although I have been in the property industry for decades, Holly's help and pin point guidance was both invaluable and a great support. Highly recommended.

I was struggling to evict a long-term tenant. I tried sending letters myself but failed miserably. I got in touch with Holly at Tenant Eviction Specialists, and she explained the whole process to me. I instructed them and they got to work straight away. To cut a long story short, they delivered everything on time and their advice was 100% accurate, and I have my property back. Can't thank them enough, wish I had used them in the first place. If you think you can do it yourself, think again! Well worth paying them to sort it out. Thank you to the whole team.

From the point I first spoke to Tenant Eviction Specialists I felt much calmer about my situation. I worked with Holly and she was extremely helpful and reassuring. Holly helped me with any questions I had and gave me great advice throughout the whole experience. She knew all the points that could trip me up as a landlord and guided me through in a very friendly manner. I now have my flat back and the whole situation has been resolved. I just wish I’d contacted them sooner!

HOLLY IS BRILLIANT! Thank the lord for holly! We’d been given rubbish advice by our landlord insurance solicitors and was saved by Holly’s to the point knowledge. She deserves to be made a saint!

Like most people that find themselves in the unenviable position of having to remove someone from your home that doesn't want to go, you need all the help you can get.

Look no further. Holly could not have been more helpful and supportive.

Sad to say, hope I never have to use them again!!

Holly did everything for us which took a lot of the stress out of going to court, fantastic friendly service highly recommend

Excellent service, Holly was as good as her word every step of the way. Always on hand to advise and help. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Holly and Tenant Eviction Services. 5 star service

I had the most difficult time evicting my tenant, but holly from tenant eviction's helped me through the process and was very understanding, answered all my calls, answered all my questions and got my tenants out, I would strongly recommend this company but most importantly Holly who was the person working there who made everything happen for me....

As a letting agent this was my first eviction through the Courts in 16 years and Holly was great from start to finish. The matter was concluded today and the house signed back over to us, so I would like to thank Holly at TenantEvictionSpecialists for all her help and support. Highly recommended

The tenants were really difficult. They could be best described as tenants from hell.
After failing on two previous occasions to get the tenants evicted, I came in contact with Tenant Eviction Specialists (TES). Their contact person is a lady by name Holly.
With Holly, the words of encouragement you get are not plasticated, “the-make-them-feel-good words”. Why? They are born out of knowledge, honesty and sincerity. Above all, her experience in the business is highly commendable in that everything she said came to pass. Time of hearing was not more than 10 minutes and the eviction order was given.
What are you waiting for? TES (under the able leadership of Holly) is the solution to your problems with unscrupulous tenants out there. Try them and you would be glad you did.

Holly was excellent in her advice for the recent issues I faced with my tenants and the advice I got was put to me in simple plain English. I managed to get the tenants out successfully following Holly's advice.

I would not hesitate using their service again future but I hope I do not need it !

I had no idea how to handle evicting my tenant. Lots of people seemed to have lots of advice but the whole process seemed complicated and stressful. After contacting TES a huge weight was lifted. They were knowledgeable, professional and acted quickly. everything was dealt with and I had full confidence during the whole process. Thank you!
