Tenantevictionspecialists Omdömen

I was at my wits end having been told how long and costly it would be to evict tenants from one of my properties. I came across Tenant Eviction Specialists whilst online and the reviews were amazing. To cut a long story short I called the company and Holly couldn’t have been more helpful and held my hand through the entire process and was always there when I needed her. The entire process from instruction to the tenants leaving was 2 months and at a fraction of the costs others had quoted. I cannot recommend Holly more highly and such a refreshing change these days to find someone so helpful, cost effective and of course a fantastic result. Thanks again Holly

Tenant Evictions Specialists did a first rate job at low cost to evict tenants who breached the tenancy agreement.

I would recommend this co for tenant problems .Holly is very helpful and professional. The reviews tell it all !!!

A very difficult situation trying to get my house back but Holly and team made it as.easy as it could be. Always helpful and knowledgeable on the process and always happy to talk or email at anytime. Holly always showed interest in getting my house back rather than just getting paid. Fully recommend them 100%

I was reluctant to deal with such an important issue via internet & phone due to the geographical differences with this company & my property but I have no reservations that now I have my property back in my possession it was the right choice.
Holly was experienced & kept me well informed, My only problems were my tenants who were a nightmare. I would recommend this company.

I’m a landlord in Liverpool, I contacted TES after I’d exhausted my options with evicting the Tenant, I dealt with Holly who couldn’t have been more helpful.
It’s took a while but TES dealt with every obstacle and the issue is now resolved.
I’ve already recommended them to another landlord with similar issues.

I had no idea what to do when my Tenants were not paying rent and refused to move out of my property. I found Tenant Eviction Specialists via the internet.
Holly was so very understanding, helpful and knowledgeable and was a wonderful support to me going through the process.
If I contacted Holly either by telephone call or email if she was not available she would always get back to me.
Holly also resolved a problem which was ongoing for some time after the Tenants had moved out.
I would thoroughly recommend contacting Tenant Eviction Specialists for a superb service.

I can't thank holly enough for her help and personal attention in my plight with this tenant. I won the case and was awarded the rent arrears and court costs to date. over £5000.00. Holly is now helping me with an attachment of earnings. I will keep you posted as to the outcome.

I can’t thank this company enough especially Holly Morgan. She took us through, what is a very complex procedure, step by step. No hiccups. We could not have gone through the eviction process on our own without falling foul of the law.
Money well spent and we would certainly recommend them.
