Excellent service provided throughout. Peter and Nick went through the planning stages meticulously. Their install team were thoroughly professional and courteous, their standard of work was very high and nothing was too much trouble when it came to the little extras we wanted as the install of the bathroom progressed. If you want a firm that manages the whole process from start to finish and delivers on your expectations I would not hesitate to recommend Templar Installations. Good customer service in my view is about good people delivering what they say they will and in my view Peter, Nick and his team delivered.

A pleasure to deal with everyone in the Templar team. I love the fact that nothing seems to be a problem and there’s no ‘it’ll cost you’ attitude. I’d be very happy to use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

My bathroom completed today and I am over the moon. Templar installers are high quality and ensure everything is completed correctly. Installers checked with me along the way to ensure my expectations were met and that I was happy with the bathroom.

Overall, we had a really good experience with our kitchen installation. Templar were professional, meticulous and helpful - providing guidance on improvements we could make to our kitchen that we wouldn’t have otherwise thought of. We recently had a kitchen fitted by Templar Installations. Communication with Templar was excellent. They consulted and double checked with me on each decision. They also took care of the tiling and the electric calls for overhead extractor fan, as well as the plumbing, which was great as it meant we didn’t have to get in other contractors to do that work. The kitchen was fitted in a timely manner.

They didn’t mess us about at all at any stage. We needed the job down quickly and they were able to accommodate us. They were professional friendly and trustworthy. I would highly recommend a use them again.

I contracted Templar to fit a new bathroom for me. I was a little worried, because I'd never done anything like this before but Peter at Templar was great. Everything was very clear and precise. The build came in on budget and on time. Afterwards there was a minor issue that needed resolving. Peter was very responsive and the issue was booked in a resolved the next working day at no extra cost. I was very pleased with the service, and the new bathroom looks great too!

Peter and his team have been phenomenal from day 1 through what was anything but a simple job. There were multiple hiccups (absolutely none to do with Peter and the team) and each and every person handled it with utmost professionalism and still doing an amazing job.

From day 1 they were clear with communications and as stated before handled every hiccup above expectations.

The bathroom has come out amazingly and we could not be happier

PS. We met with many contractors but it was Peter who had the innovative idea that has turned out an absolute gem and now our bathroom is not only new but more spacious and classier than it was before.

Great experience not often nowadays you receive such excellent customer service. Enquiry promptly answered and visit for quote swift. Workmanship on bathroom excellent there were a few unexpected problems uncovered due to hidden damage from old leak prior to job starting, we were talked through this every step of way so we could make choices according to our budget. So happy with results and would definitely use company again

Overall I had a great experience. great bunch of fella’s from start to finish. They even managed to fit in a couple of extra jobs at very affordable prices. The kitchen fitter Matt went above and beyond. Even though we had a little hiccup with a delay in a delivery, he was around as soon as it was rectified. I’m extremely happy with the finish results, I love my new kitchen. Completed to a very high standard. I’d definitely recommend them to my family and friends

We found Peter and his team through Homebase when we were looking for a new kitchen and they ended up doing our bathroom too. This was the first time we'd done anything more than just decoration renovation so we were nervous to find a good fitter who'd do a great job

Pavel was our fitter and he was brilliant, really hard working and a friendly guy. We had a couple of surprises along the way (things you find as you rip out and replace old stuff) and Pavel took us through all the options we had at each stage.

Our bathroom was fitted in March 2021 and the kitchen in December 2021 and two years on both are still fab.

We had a very minor issue a few months after the bathroom was fitted with a small leak but Pavel was out to us within a day and the issue was resolved quickly.

Highly recommend and would use again.

I've been planning my kitchen refit over the last 12 months as my kitchen was very dated. So I finally decided to book a appointment at Homebase, they were very helpful and friendly. Gave me ideas and helped me plan the kitchen.

Peter from Templar rang me to organise a date and time to survey the kitchen. He had the plans from Homebase,measured the kitchen, made good suggestions, and noticed my oven switch was in the wrong place and my original kitchen plan wouldn't work because of my waste pipe. I never even thought about these two areas. I was very grateful that he pointed these out to me and he worked with Homebase to slightly change the plan and I received the new plans the next day.

The installation date was booked it and my installer was Pavel (he's a totally great guy, extremely intelligent in his profession). He arrived early, finished late, he was tidy and really worked hard. The strip out was done really quickly, the new false ceiling was installed and looks great . It was interesting watching the kitchen all come together and looks amazing.

No problems with the installation of the kitchen. It was seamless and I'm really grateful to Pavel for his hardwork, the attention to detail he gave was out of this world. He was so professional, friendly and hardworking.

I would like to say a big thank you to everyone at Templar for my new kitchen. I was worried at first as I've never done this kind of project before. But they helped me and stay in touch with Homebase throughout the installation.
