Peter and his team were helpful and communicated well, responding to calls in a timely way and worked very quickly to fit panels and new shower and cubicle in our en-suite. Very happy with the results. Thank you.

Extremely professional from beginning to end. Great customer service. Work is done without creating too much mess and work on creating as less disruption to the customer as possible. I would absolutely hire this company again and recommend very highly.

Peter, Nick, Elvis, and all of the team at Templar are fantastic. This was a completely new venture for us, but all of the uncertainties about our ideas were pushed to one side once Peter arrived. He took our idea, told us it was possible, and then built on it further.

We've gone from having unused space in our home to a fully functioning (and beautiful) shower room downstairs. The team had to go through a solid wall to find the soil stack, run new water feeds, radiator pipework, and build a wall for us. This was all done with the utmost care for the rest of our home. Once Peter had drafted the work, Nick took over, helping us make sure we had ordered the right items and that they would be arriving on time. Elvis and his men arrived to carry out the work; they're incredibly professional, and their workmanship is superb. We may have a new kitchen at some point; I wouldn't consider anyone other than Templar.

I contacted Templar Installation for my bathroom renovation and was really impressed from the very start. Peter provided a design sketch based on my ideas and made thoughtful suggestions to improve the layout. He also recommended good places to source quality bathroom materials, which was very helpful.

Once I confirmed they had been awarded the project, I had a detailed meeting with Nick, who went through the quote line by line to make sure there was no confusion about the scope of work or costs.

The project started on 1st December. The builders arrived promptly every day, worked consistently, and the bathroom was completed within the agreed timelines and in time for Christmas. Elvis, who was my main day-to-day contact on site, was brilliant – always checking in, answering questions, and making sure I was happy with the progress and the details.

My new bathroom looks lovely and feels like a completely new space. I’m very pleased with the result and would happily recommend Templar Installation for bathroom renovation work.

Templar installations installed our kitchen. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and very positive. The communication channels where always open and the workmanship was skilled , professional and they kept to tight timescales.

We enlisted Templar to install a DIY Kitchens kitchen we had purchased independently, and we could not be happier with the result.

From the outset, Peter clearly explained what his team needed to do and checked that the plan we had previously been given by another reputable company would work with the components we had already bought. His expertise and straightforward advice were invaluable, including highlighting what else we needed and making sure all our chosen appliances were compatible.

Peter and his team were friendly, tidy and polite throughout. Although there were a few minor snags along the way, everything was put right and the finished kitchen is exactly as we hoped. My mum is absolutely delighted with the end result.

We contacted Templar off the back of a recommendation as we wanted a big job done converting our unused garage to a toilet and shower room. It was going to be a big job so we wanted to get people we could trust and feel comfortable with.

From the start when Peter came and produced a ultra detailed plan drawing for the space, to the talk through with Nick to discuss timings and materials to meeting Vasile and seeing him work - complete professionalism throughout

Peter and Nick were always available on the phone if we had even the smallest of questions and Vasile got down to work quickly and efficiently ensuring he explained exactly what he was doing at each step to ensure we were kept in the loop and on the same page at all times. He really is an expert at what he does and the room looks phenomenal. I recommend Templar highly!

Brilliant work, team and price! Installer has been very flexible although there was some changes that needed to be made while the project. B&Q messed up with some measurements of our kitchen which caused some issues but, he made us a little cabinet with leftover materials where there was a gap in between the units. I love how he didn’t ignored and made an effort to make it work. I am very pleased with the results and I would highly recommend to hire them for your projects!

The company installed a Magnet kitchen recently for my house in SW17. The service was very poor and unprofessional:
1. On Day 1 when the fitter turned up - he had not been briefed about the project nor did he care to bring the printouts to start the work. I had to run around arrange for it.
2. The fitter cut some panels short which caused a delay of 4 weeks in my project as new ones had to be ordered by the company.
3. The fitter did a very sloppy job in putting the kitchen. The doors are not aligned, there are some gaps and didn't bother to clean up after / manage the disposal of boxes.
All in all we paid for a professional service but got a day-rate labour experience.
I would not recommend this company at all.

My elderly aunt needed her bathroom done and we contacted Templar Installations who provided a quote and plan of the work which we went with. The installer did a good job and finished within the allocated Time. There was one additional job which is the installing of a pump. The pump installed is very noisy which my aunt finds unbearable at times. Otherwise, the bathroom installation was done to very good standard

We had our bathroom done through Templar and were so impressed we decided to do our kitchen with them also.
The process was simple from beginning to end from Peter doing the measurements and planning and Nick overseeing the instalation.
Steve the kitchen fitter was super efficient and very friendly and helpful with any problems he came across that were quickly sorted without any extra costs incurred.
The whole process barely took a week and we are ecstatic with the finished product and not had a single problem virtually 18 months on.

I would highly recommended using Templar Installations, they have refurbished a large kitchen, 4 ensuites and we have agreed for another 5 to be refurbished at one of our care homes, their team are friendly and polite, always turn up on time and complete the job the standard we require, our go to contractors.

Really great team work backed up with excellent planning and organisation. Made my bathroom installation very easy indeed. Could not be happier and have already recommended them to friends and family.

From the moment Peter arrived to look at the job and provide a quote through to the installers Elvis and his team arriving to install my new bathroom I have been thoroughly impressed. They protected my home from damage with lining put on the floor throughout the hallway. They were always punctual, polite and professional. Nick from Templar maintained contact throughout the job to check I was happy. This job was a complete renovation of my bathroom and I must say the transformation has been amazing. I would recommend Templar to anyone looking at improvements to their home. I had around 8 different quotes from various places before deciding who to go with and it was only Peter who gave me the confidence that the job would be done to a professional standard. Peter did a thorough survery and made detailed plans. When the quote was sent to us, we had a follow up call with Nick. There was no pressure at all but his knowledge and patience in explaining the process and offering to connect us with his suppliers encouraged us to start what felt at the time like a complicated project.
Elvis and his team were phenomenal. Elvis is very practical and straightforward. He won't try to sell you anything that you don't need and if you need to make additions or updates to your existing plans, nothing is too much trouble. He makes things happen.
Last but not least, we are very grateful for Toma who was punctual, discreet, neat, thorough and very conscientious in doing his work. His attention to detail makes all the difference. He never rushed, never tried to cut corners. After seeing his work, I can't imagine letting anyone else do building work in our house. Throughout, and even after completion, Nick was constantly keeping in touch and Peter was very responsive for the many questions that I had.

We had a great experience with Peter and Nick at Templar. The kitchen has been fitted to a high quality, and what made the process go smoothly was the proactive planning and customer care. The quote was provided following an in-person visit by Peter, where a few potential issues were discussed. The quote was fully itemised allowing us to see how it all stacked up. Along the way and before fitting we changed a few specs of the kitchen, and Nick was able to adjust the quote, offer advice, and help up liaise with Magnet. A couple of planning calls with Nick proved invaluable in making the installation 2 weeks run well. The fitter assigned to our job, Pavel, was skilled and had all the information he needed prior to getting on site. Overall a very stress-free experience and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Peter, Nick and Leonard were all fantastic. Clearly explaining their quote, showing where and how we could save money and then following through with a high quality finish to their installation of our Kitchen. Leonard also helped navigate some curveballs (finding pipes that no one knew were there, meaning we had to redesign elements) and sorted it all out without fuss.
