Teguar used their expertise to provide me with a superior all in one tough screen to be used in a very tough environment. Thus far I am very impressed with their platform and customer service.

Sales representative has always been supportive and kind to provide commercial and technical information on Teguar products.

I am always impressed with how the staff Teguar responds to norwix' inquires. Their inside sales team does a great job keeping us informed of the status of our orders.

And while I'm at it - your repair center is awesome. They truly go above and beyond in getting my aging system back up and running. Making Teguar products have much higher value to my team.

Max was great in helping find correct units that fit our needs.

When choosing hardware for testing and implementation of our new software program. We found Max M. to be extremely helpful in our selection process as we had some pretty rigid requirements as the hardware was to be deployed in a sterile processing environment. We were provided with a premarket loaner model for testing purposes prior to help in the decision making. This was an invaluable service. The All-in-one unit we chose to move forward with was first class. I give Maqx and Teguar 5 out of 5 stars for price and service.

So far, so good. Mistakenly ordered a resistive screen instead of capacitive. They were not able to do very much w/r/t exchanging the screen or allowing us to buy capacitive screens as a replacement. The resistive screen on W10 didn't behave like a true W10 touch implementation. However, their tech support was able to suggest a better driver for the screen that made it behave as expected. We'll stick with Teguar and order the capacitive screens from the start next time.

This was our second order from Teguar and we are still supremely satisfied with the experience. We conveyed our needs to the sales staff and they promptly submitted a quote for exactly what we required and the order arrived ahead of the quoted time estimate. Their products are great quality given our production environment, I would highly recommend!

Thanks for getting the computers to so quickly. In the short time we have had them it is evident that they will be easy to use and seem to be what we were looking for i.e. usability and toughness.

Computer is fantastic for industrial purposes...great customer service, and great tech support.

The all-in-one wall mounted computer has been working well since putting into use.

My experience has been excellent especially communicating with the sales representative that has been very patient and also informative on assisting me with my specific application needs.

Can give 5 stars now. They have been in operation in the field for a few weeks with no issues. Will know more when they have been in operation longer. very pleased at this point.

At this point we have nearly 60 of these units in our production facility. They are true to advertising, have reliable Ingress Protection (IP) ratings, have a good price point, and the sales people are very EASY to deal with.

We have only needed one computer so far. Teguar had what we needed and delivered as promised. Will most likely use them again

To start the conversation with sales was good and helped a lot, but there seemed to be a failure of communication of what we wanted for our systems. We received some Demo units that we really liked, and when we ordered informed we wanted the same spec's as the demo units. We order Desktops and Tablets. The desktops were supposed to have wireless capability, they did not come with that (was one of the features we liked and why we ordered these). The tablet Demo had a scanner function on it. Same thing, ordered the same as the demo and no scanner unit was provided.

Had some difficulty with getting our company image to work on these units. But the Tech support Agent I worked with was just absolutely amazing and helpful to get the issues with the OS resolved.

2 stars for Sales, 5 stars for Tech Support.

Sold me a tablet saying it would work with Verizon and it does not. They are working on getting the card certified so it will work but in meantime, I have a useless tablet at this time. If the Verizon worked it would be 5 stars.
