I’ve already left a review before in the App store, but I feel like I need to leave a review on trustpilot — because this app genuinely changed my life.

Teeinblue didn’t just help me build a shop the way I imagined — it gave me the freedom to live life on my own terms. Today I’m able to travel the world while running my business, and that’s something I honestly couldn’t have imagined before.

The app itself is still amazing: very intuitive, packed with useful features, and perfect for creatives who design their own artwork like I do. The tutorials make it easy to get started, and the support team has always been there whenever I needed help.

But beyond the features, what really stands out is the opportunity it creates. If you’re willing to put in the work, this tool can genuinely open doors.

Highly recommended — not just as an app, but as a real business enabler.

The customer support is outstanding: You have a problem -> you write an email -> You get the answer. Usually within less than 30 minutes (during the teeinblue working schedule).

Teeinblue.com is an awesome company, which, if you're looking for a company with excellent versatility, this is it. If you're looking to provide your customer with a feeling that puts them in the Designers driver seat. This App is for you. Myself I shopped around looking for an App which would fit my specific needs and enhance my company in the market. I tried several for my Shopify store but none fit the bill. Then I found this App. WOW!

Not only does this App provide my customers with choices of how they want their item to look, but it also allows them to add an even more personal touch. I provides the ability to personalize to a specific person in their life. I use this feature extensively in one of my Garment designs. Their product is spot on and the support is outstanding.

I tell you, this is my new favorite App.

I have been using Teeinblue for almost one year and i can't say enough good things.
My Key Wins:
1) app is solid
2) easy to set up (once you learn the flow which is not difficult, but has specific steps you need to follow)
3) The print sizes are spot on ( these are what you download after the customer placed an order)
4) The integration with Shopify is great. The app uses your product page, therefore the integration is flawless

My experience with the Teeinblue app has been very positive, especially because of Alina’s support. She was extremely patient and attentive throughout the entire process. She helped me overcome several configuration difficulties, explaining each step clearly and with great availability.

The app itself is very comprehensive and, for that reason, requires some time to get used to. It is a complex tool, but I believe that with practice and training it’s possible to take full advantage of everything it offers.

Without a doubt, 5 stars — both for the quality of the app and for Alina’s exceptional support.

I’ve tried several customizer apps, but Teeinblue is hands down the best for Shopify. There is a slight learning curve because the app is so powerful, but the support team is world-class. Every time I’ve had a question, they’ve responded quickly with clear, helpful instructions. The automation for generating print-ready files saves me hours of manual work every week. Highly recommend!

While there are occasional small hurdles, this is exactly where the app really shines: the support team is extremely easy to reach via chat — without frustrating AI loops or tedious email exchanges. The responses are impressively fast, highly professional, and genuinely helpful. Even when it comes to special requests, there seem to be almost no limits, which is absolutely remarkable. Both the support and the technology provided are simply first-class. Overall, a highly impressive app!

Teeinblue offers a wide range of features, so at first it felt a bit difficult to get started due to how comprehensive the system is. However, after making good use of their customer support, I found that every support representative was extremely thorough and helpful in resolving issues. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a platform for customized products. (Now I’m going to continue exploring other system services as well.)

I found the Teeinblue app very easy to configure and use. The integration between Teeinblue, Shopify, and Printful was seamless. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly I was able to complete the entire setup and see the results live on my website.
