I haven't received this item and it's been one month since I ordered it. Nobody is responding to my emails 😡

Took to long, and no response when I emailed the customer support.

Well i paid for expediated shipping & just received 1 of the 4 that I ordered today, after the season is over & now to only have received 1 of 4 purchased I will be asking for a refund.

Do NOT purchase from the company!!
I have sent multiple emails with no response back. I ordered lights for two car doors and I only received one.
Also, the one that I did receive the image is upside down/backward for the door it is to be placed on. Nobody has gotten back to me from the emails that I sent in order to try to rectify the situation.
The fact that I paid for two and I only got one and the one that I did get the image is upside down is extremely frustrating. The lack of customer support or response to any of my emails is very disappointing. I recommend to not use this company and to not purchase from this company.
I have not had time yet to post to social media, BBB, and other review platforms however my intent is to do so as a warning to others.

Item delivered wasn’t the item ordered

I ordered this item on the 1st october and its now the 3rd november and i still have not received it

Ordered an item over 2 weeks ago (expedited shipping), and there is still no tracking on the 'real-time tracking' link. Cuszoo finally emailed a generic response in 72 hours with 'we'll get right on it' and still no updates. My computer blocks their website as fraudulent, so it concerns me that the product will NEVER arrive, but of course my money was taken the day of the order. No phone number to speak with support. Sadly, this company has shown to be untrustworthy.

The quality of the product met my expectations. The lamentation option I chose is solid and will keep the actual ID card well preserved. The visor clip on the back appears very durable and of good quality. The actual ID print and photo quality is excellent. Very clear and professionally done. The only shortcoming was the time frame it took to get it. It took longer than I thought it would, but I still give the product a 5-star rating.

Never received my item. No help with tracking. The item was sent to wrong address and seller would not refund money. Stay away.

If i could give zero stars I would. Do not shop here. I ordered a memorial plaque for my pet. I was shown a picture what it would look like. When it arrive, it looked absolutely awful, nothing like the description. I had paid £30 for this. When I emailed them explaining my dissatisfaction, I was ignored. I kept emailing and the said it looked as advertised and they would refund 15% of what i had paid. I emailed again explaining my dissatisfaction and I was ignored.

**I emailed Cuszoo after seeing their response to my review, and they have not responded. So please AVOID this company!
