Teeinblue is great for any business that wants to focus on offering custom products of any kind. I work specifically with print on demand items, but even products that are handmade by the seller could benefit from this app and allow the process to be automated. It saves a lot of time once you have it set up. I will admit that it does have a learning curve to it and may take some time to learn but once you do, it is a game changer. Support is phenomenal, I only ever download apps for my shopify store that have good support. Especially when I know the software takes time to learn and understand because you want to have your questions answered promptly. There is a time difference of when I am online vs the support but I've had no issues with that before. I normally send all my questions over and receive answers that night or the following day. If you reach out to the support staff as much as I do then you'll get to know one of the members of the team well which is helpful as you're building your products. I personally speak to Karen and she was been great to work with. She always helps me find solutions to my problems and if I don't understand something, she will send me a step by step video on how to do it. Don't be afraid to ask the same questions a few times like I did and also take advantage of reading their articles too. Overall, it is a great app and I'm grateful I found it. It will be one of the tools that helps my business succeed in my niche.

I've just launched my online store, so haven't gone through production yet but so far I'm impressed; and feel very supported by their customer service
