Serrure connectée idéale pour moi. Équipée dun clavier extérieur et d'une passerelle WiFi pour commande à distance. Très bonnes fonctionnalités et compatibilités (avec Ajax notamment selon la description mais encore a tester !).

J'ai commandé le chargeur, mais il n'y avait pas le bon embout. Dommage car j'ai commandé exprès sur votre site plutôt que sur amazone pour être sûre d'avoir un chargeur adapté.

Top of the line quality
Top of the line quality, impeccable machining and ease of use. The lock is very easy to set up, the cylinders are amazing quality and the app is very very good. I recommend getting the kit because it's got everything you need for perfect functioning smart lock. The customer support is very helpful when choosing the right combination for your door. Overall I would recommend Tedee and their products to everyone.

Great product with great quality and value
As Technical personell, ive found that it is easy to find what you need on website. Order processing and delivry is very fast, and one of things that i value the most beside product quality, is packaging and ease of setup. Everything is straight forward, neatly packed, very readable and logical instructions, and app is easy to use. Product works great, it looks wery high quality made and it is reliable wit failsafe options. Happe to use it and probably will order it again.

Amazing customer service but tedee portal was a bit hard to use
Amazing customer service. Joanna was fantastic in responding to my questions. I can't thank her enough for all the time she spent on back-and-forth emails that we exchanged. I felt valued as a customer.
I am super happy with the Pro lock, the cylinder and the relay I bought. Everything integrates really well in the app.
The only suggestion I have is to make the user experience of the tedee portal easier to navigate through while setting up the organization, moving the locks to it, and assigning users. It was hard to understand without consulting the support team about the process for doing that.
