I’ve been using the Tedee Go2 and it works perfectly, doing exactly what the company promises. However, if you want to control the lock from a distance, you definitely need to buy the Bridge, as the lock only uses Bluetooth on its own. I also believe that replacing your lock cylinder with one that has an "emergency feature" is essential. Even though I haven't had any issues yet, this feature ensures you can still unlock the door from the outside if the device ever fails. Overall, I highly recommend buying the full pack that includes both the Bridge and the cylinder to make sure your home is truly secure.

Espero no se inventen historias porque tengo todas las pruebas que ustedes no sois profesionales, semanas y semanas sin contestar al servicio técnico, después de reenviar el correo un número elevado de veces el correo le dan por contestar que te van a hacer una videollamada, le contestas inmediatametne que te quedas a la espera, y resultado ni contestas ni videollamada al tlf que le has dado ni nada, la cerradura da fallos. la batería no dura nada.

Todo ok, queda probarlo, en breve lo pondré. Envío eficiente y rápido. Gracias.

Tuve un problema con el bombín de mi cerradura y desde el primer momento el equipo de soporte fue muy rápido, muy profesional y muy atento. Me enviaron la pieza de sustitución y me ayudaron durante todo el proceso de instalación y configuración.
Después de cambiar el bombín tuve problemas para recalibrar y reiniciar el dispositivo, y el soporte técnico me fue guiando paso a paso hasta solucionarlo. La atención ha sido excelente en todo momento, respuestas rápidas, muy buen trato y sobre todo implicación real para solucionar el problema.
Hoy en día no es fácil encontrar un servicio postventa así, y sinceramente, en mi caso han sido de 10.
Muy contento con el producto, pero todavía más con el servicio técnico y la atención al cliente.
Totalmente recomendable.

I recently purchased the Tedee GO 2 smart lock together with the Keypad Pro and the bridge. The order shipped from Poland to Spain and arrived within approximately one week. Installation was straightforward. Although an adapter was included, I did not need it because my cylinder protruded more than 3 mm. Prior to installation, I replaced my cylinder with a model that can be operated from both sides using a key—something I already wanted to ensure maximum flexibility and security, but for this lock it's a hard requirement (since there always will be a key in the cilinder from the inside).

The setup and calibration process was completed quickly, and the app provided clear guidance throughout. The Tedee app itself is intuitive and user‑friendly. It also correctly distinguishes between unlocking the door and fully retracting the latch, and both actions work reliably.

The Keypad Pro has performed flawlessly as well. It offers both fingerprint and PIN code access, and each method has proven dependable. Connecting the lock and keypad to the bridge was effortless, and the connection has remained stable. The keypad is particularly convenient not only for household members but also for service providers such as our cleaning staff.

Performance of the lock has been very acceptable. A full unlock requires two turns of the cylinder in our case, which means the process is not exceptionally fast; however, it is certainly fast enough for everyday use. The mechanism is audible when operating, but in my experience, the sound is unobtrusive and not bothersome.

I opted to disable the automatic‑unlock feature that triggers when my phone is nearby, as it occasionally activated unintentionally. I prefer to retain manual control over locking and unlocking. Through Google Home automations, I configured the lock to secure itself automatically whenever all shutters in the house are closed, which has proven very convenient. The lock also performs an automatic nightly locking routine.

Regarding battery life, I have not yet used the device long enough to draw conclusions. Installation, on the other hand, is highly approachable: if one is capable of installing or replacing a cylinder, installing the Tedee GO 2 presents no difficulty at all.

After several weeks of daily use, I have not encountered any negative aspects. The Tedee GO 2, combined with the Keypad Pro and bridge, has proven to be a reliable and well‑designed solution that I can confidently recommend.
