Through no fault of the Teddy shop, my watch came with a defective clasp. The team (Andrew Rovinsky) made the return process easy, quick, and stress free. The communication was impeccable- an email was sent out informing every step of the process. I had a brand new replacement within a few days, which arrived in time for my son’s graduation. The Hamilton Khaki 38 titanium is a beautiful piece that I hope my son will keep forever.
