There were some production delays, but the team emailed me and kept me up to date and my watch ended up coming much sooner than expected.

I had no idea what to expect at a watch boutique as I’d never been to one before. There’s a management maxim that says all organizations reflect the attitudes,
mores and behaviors of its leader. In this case what you see online with Teddy is what you get from the staff at the store. We were a group of three and we spent several hours in the store looking around, trying on a range of watches, and chatting with the sales staff. We felt only comfortable good will.
