I bought a Ball GMT recently and the watch ran fast. It gained 30 seconds within 5 minutes. I never saw a watch run that fast. I was very disappointed. So I called customer service and they told me to send it back for a refund or an exchange. I wanted another one like it. They were very helpful and paid for the shipping of the replacement watch. The new watch came a week later. This may seem trivial but the replacement watch had the leather band positioned wrong. The short end was on the bottom and the long end was on the top. I wonder how something like that is overlooked?? The new watch does gain time, about 7 seconds in 24 hours. It is a chronometer. I hope over time the watch will settle and run a bit more accurate as a Ball chronometer should

This was my first purchase from Teddy Baldassarre.com. After watching many video's from this website (for the past 3 years) I Learned quite a bit from Teddy B and team so I decided to pull the trigger and purchase a Longines Spirit Zulu Time piece. After doing my own research I had a brief discussion with Wil B via the website Chat interface followed up with a quick phone call. He answered all my questions so I decided to pull the trigger and make the purchase. It was that easy. Once Longines shipped the piece to Teddy B I received my watch via UPS via overnight delivery. This was my 1st time ordering an expensive time piece via the internet so I was a bit hesitant but now that I went through this process with this dealer I would do it again.

The TB team quickly responded to all my questions with specificity and provided follow-up throughout the process. I applaud their ability to treat the online buying experience as close as possible to visiting the watch boutique in person.
