As expected everything went well when ordering from Teddy. I think the watch had a shipping tracking number in a couple hours! Shipped very quickly. Just a very well run company.

I ordered this awesome Brew Teddy collaboration and received it super fast. I love it.

Everything about the experience watch shopping on teddybaldassare is exceptional. From live chat feeds, to YouTube videos including the watch, very thorough descriptions, and more. It’s as close to shopping in store as you could be online. My watch was delivered next day. The store is 5 hours away and I haven’t been able to make it there but I truly feel like a valued customer online.

Purchased my first Certina from these guys. Shipped promptly but unfortunately USPS ground advantage was very slow. Do not remember at check out if there was a USPS Priority option. If you are looking for an AD for the brands they carry, I recommend.

I was a big fan of this business and watched many youtube videos before I ever called their sales department to make a purchase. My goal was to purchase six watches. I explained this to my sales person who could’ve cared less if I purchased anything. I did purchase two watches from this company and the other four from an authorized dealer elsewhere. The transaction for the two watches that I purchased went well hence the review. I hoped for a much better experience.

Update: I just received a phone call from the sales manager, on a Saturday, apologizing for my experience. I’ve updated my two star review to four stars. I’m convinced this company cares about their customers and my experience was isolated. The next time I purchase a watch I won’t hesitate to call this company again.
