Feeling Scamed
Placed order, paid for item. Over a week later, after I chased delivery. Company cancelled the order then put the price up by 💯! And said I could purchase again at the new price. Felt ripped off and Techinthebasket did Nothing to help. I will not purchase from them again.

Non-existent Customer Service
I ordered a Camera Lens because of the price, promising delivery within 6-12days but didn't receive a tracking number. After 5 days I reached out via email (only contact method) and received an immediate reply from an AI bot which didn't help at all. I reached out again the next day and don't get an answer. Then again the day after and didn't get an answer.
I finally got a reply after 7 days issuing me a refund because they sent it to the wrong place.
I'm not going to bother again. Not worth the price.

Great service and value for money at…
Great service and value for money at Tech in the basket, takes a few more days than normal delivery service but my Poco x8 Pro max arrived within the alloted time. The price was £40 cheaper than anywhere else, including AliExpress where I normally buy my phone from.

Lack of communication
Went all through the order process, order accepted, confirmation email sent out, all good. Following day received a refund notification from PayPal. No explanation email, no "we're sorry this item is actually out of stock" email, no communication from the company at all.
