Brand mew iPad air
Bought a brand new iPad air. It arrived within 2 weeks. Totally brand new and covered by Apple's 12 month Warranty, so seems legitimately sold. Really happy with the price too

Tempted by the low price
Tempted by the low price, I ordered my new Xperia 1 viii through Techinthebasket. I was a little concerned by lack of correspondence, (particularly DHL delivery details) but my parcel came within the promised delivery window. My phone came in a factory sealed package with no surprise and I'm delighted with my purchase.

A great price for an ipad air
A great price for an ipad air, comes with an international power block with uk adapter for the usbc cable. This is the second one I have bought in 18 months - good experience with both purchases. No negative issues encountered.

Not a good experience for me at all
The price of the phone may be good however the delivery is really not good enough.
After my order, there is no email or text message to let me know when i order will be deliver.
After chasing you to get some information about my delivery. There was no answer at all. I just wonder why i paid over £600 for no delivery information while i order something like over £10 i got delivery information for which date and time slot. On the delivery day 9 days after i made the order, which i did not know, they just drop my phone inside my letter box which i found it on the floor. It really hurt me. I will think again if i would order anything from you again.

Great price really a lot cheaper than anywhere on the internet. Delivery is a bit slow and there's no customer service to contact other than AI bot or email. Also product wasn't specified which version it was like Chinese version or Euro or UK...
Despite all those minor issues I would still buy from here again
