Great price for the Pixel Watch 4
Great price for the Pixel Watch 4, and having purchased before from Techinthebasket I was confident of not having any problems with the product being genuine and new.
Delivery took about a week and was sent Royal Mail signature required.

Excellent customer services
Excellent customer services. Very quick to change delivery addresses post order raising via support email channel
However I would ask them to complain to DPD as the DPD driver did not sign for the package despite the delivery instructions stating this as requirement this expensive phone was at risk to theft.

Chased my order after 7 days as I had…
Chased my order after 7 days as I had no notification of dispatch. Got a response on day 8 to tell me the order (a watch) was lost in transit and no longer in stock.
I was told I could have a different watch or request a refund. I requested a refund which was paid within 5 days. I purchased directly from Huawei in the end and although £60 more arrived next day delivery with full warranty rather than 6 months offered by techinbasket
