Ordered a OnePlus Nord 6 from Techinthebasket.com. The price was fantastic, cheapest by a long way, so excellent value for money. Customer service was great. Responded to a question I had very quickly and followed up to check that I was happy. The phone was dispatched within a couple of days and came well packaged/delivered by Royal Mail. I had a 5* experience buying from this company.

Communication with the seller was good , phone took a while to be delivered to the UK , but it is brand new . One thing is that my phone is clearly not a UK specification model as I have previously owned this phone and some of the settings are different , or missing altogether , on this device , I feel that this should be clearly stated in the description , that is why I have only given four stars .

Do not buy from these people
Do not buy from these people! Received what should have been a Brand new MacBook Neo only to find when trying to set it up that it is owned by a company in the USA and controlled by their device management system so I could not set it up!
Emailed 3 times with screen shots and got no response, tried calling the CS number and the number is not in use.
I would not consider buying from this website at all.

Good experience
The whole experience was legit. The phone I ordered arrived as described and had no issues. The packaging was a bit lacking, but overall it was adequate.
I think delivery was also faster than initially quoted.

I placed an order Apple watch, but unfortunately, I never received it. Despite waiting and following up regarding the missing delivery, I have also not received a refund.
This has been a very frustrating experience. I paid for a product that was never delivered, and the lack of a refund or satisfactory resolution is extremely disappointing. I would expect better communication and customer service when an order has not been fulfilled.
I hope this issue is resolved promptly and that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

Can't get a reply from them, tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after placing it, on the website says it's possible as long as not dispatched yet! It's been 4 days, still no reply, I've emailed, sent messages via chat, used the contact form. You simply can't get through to them.
Not sure what is the status of my order.
Be very careful with this company.
